Well IF I find some way to describe this better I will contact you. Main catch is that he is tied with materials that he can not to anything to break + cryptonite is there, and we kick him in the head from time to time.

I would count on cryptonite, arm myself with it and approach to the super guy, of course I will need some help to restrain him in that manner that I wrote earlier.
Maybe even scream for help when I am in that prison cell and when he gets in an closes door bucket of cryptonite fall on his head, he will be unconscious half an hour minimum.

Ok, what if we put Superman in some room that is made out of some material that reflects his laser-eye weapon and it is super solid, adamantium maybe, tide his hands in some inconvenient pose and tide him up 100% with some very solid metal chains, I'll keep saying adamantium. We can wrap him in some nylon, after chains. We also put on him a kryptonite collar, made him a concrete shoes with adamantium hook on bottom and hook him on the ceiling, because it is a hook on the ceiling, we made it like that. So he is hanging now. We put 4 kryptonite chairs, one from each side of him so if he swings he will bang with his head in the chair.
We can visit him occasionally just to kick him in the head.

Can he escape from that kind of prison without help? Any ideas how? What if we put someone else in similar situation?
