You can probably decide this for yourself - based on what you know about the source and what you know about how acid is made. Because of the very clandestine way it is manufactured, the way it is dealt (in papers that have no indicator of potency besides what someone tells you), it is safe to say that you are taking a big risk whenever you try it.

And you can tell me that your connections are solid and whatever but if a freak chance (that's a big chance) of a dosage being incorrect doesn't screw you over then it might be your tolerance. Nobody knows how their brain is going to respond to certain chemicals, I know with mushrooms people can get severely messed up on .25 of a gram when others need at least 3 grams to feel anything.

And because of the fact that you aren't certain how much of what you are taking, this could really mess you up.

Also, it may bring to light some unknown but existing mental disorders that may have shown up years from now. psychedelics tend to do that.

So yeah, I wouldn't risk it.

And if you don't like the consumption aspect then just buy your shirts at secondhand stores and you won't spend so much money.

Response to: Why do you hate anime? Posted August 21st, 2008 in General

Static animation, unoriginal or cheesy plot lines and boring or cheesy dialogue.

Mind you, some anime like Ninja Scroll or Howl's moving castle I do find bearable, and I will read some manga, like Ranma 1/2.

When I was young my parents told me that a cure for that is to press into your side (where the cramp is) with your fingertips and bow. Do it a few times and see what happens. It worked for me. But usually it means you are running fast too quickly or not preparing for it by stretching and so that happens.

But Im not a doctor, so.

Have a light breakfast, then when you get to PE have a drink of something and a granola bar.

While I wholeheartedly agree that Clayface would make a potentially cool live-action villain, the possibility of Christopher Nolan directing it would be unlikely.

The Batman that he envisions is very realistic. But I could be wrong. Hell, I was really thrown off and dismayed by his Two-Face. His exaggerated burns (that look more like some demon sucked out his face) distracted me and I felt it didn't match the rest of the dark, low-key cg work. I'm all for losing touch with reality in movies, but if you are going in one direction keep it on track.

I can't open it until my b-day which is September 1st. It's right in my closet just waiting for me ;(

MGS4 has received very good reviews by gamespot and most online sources.

I purchased one at the beginning of July for 399 only to discover that a discontinued promotion that paired the console with a copy of spiderman (the movie) was being flushed out of systems and stores at Blockbuster (where I work) and were being priced at 299.

Needles to say, it sucked. However, the limited supply of those clearance consoles made me feel better. Still, it might be a sign that a slight decrease in continent-wide bundles may be imminent.

Not for me. I usually wake up still being high. The first time I smoked I had a major headache the next day.. but now I conserve and take maybe 2 puffs and I'm stoned for the entire night.

And still have lingering after effects the next morning.

And to the topic starter - that confusion and inabilitiy to think is one of the reasons I don't smoke that much. I find it difficult to carry on a conversation because I forget what I hear, and I usually quiet down so I don't say something I will regret.

But the closed eye visuals are really awesome. And the way it makes music sound kickass.

The confusion and dry tongue that feels like a piece of chewed up-bacon syndrome are pretty hefty cons though.

SingStar has a limited variety of musical potential compared to RockBand. Rockband gives the user the ability to do more, including what singstar already offers. That is the big difference.

I've played singstar and the singing interface is very very similar in both games. I guess if you aren't crazy about instruments Singstar is a much cheaper choice, but with far less replay value for most users.

Whether or not it looks good or it doesn't, you should grow a beard at least once just as a personal thing. That is, unless not shaving is easy for you.

I personally always succumb to the razor before it can turn into a beard. This week, though I have made a little calendar on my wall to stop myself. The hairs I grow are blonde-ish when they grow out but in their short state they are quite dark. Not a cool dark colour either, but a bland greyish brown. I've not gotten the full beard past 11 days, and so hopefully this time things will be different.

1. One day in church we listened to a bible story where this guy needed a partner,
so God took one of his ribs to make a ladie. Which means, women = partners for men
men came before women.

The bible says a lot of crazy shit.

2. Many great inventions were made by men. Women invented some things, but all the male-invented
inventions are much more widely used.

Had religion not further placed men in a dominant role maybe more inventions would have been made by women. That's kind of tough to do when it takes centuries for a woman to even be able to vote.

And a car, which kills lots of people is a male invention. While wipers are a relatively harmless aide that helps reducing the amount of people killed in and by cars.

I would recommend you rent some to start. Since most new games and even some used ones are about 30-60 dollars.

Grand Theft Auto 4
The Grid
Heavenly Sword
Orange Box

I also hear really good things about Uncharted: Drake's fortune, Condemned 2: Bloodshot (I have yet to try it but I've seen the videos describing its development and it is really amazing, same with MSG 4).

And to one of the earlier poster's comments about the people in the building having their shoes melting -- those same firefighters claimed when they got to ground zero that day there was flowing molten metal around them, as though they were in a foundry.

Response to: Loose Change is bullshit Posted June 26th, 2008 in Politics

False flag operations have taken place before. I would encourage people to watch things like Loose Change or Zeitgeist not to become "conspiracy nuts" but to consider more than just the facts that you hear on the news on television.

I would wager that most people here refuting Loose Change haven't read up on nearly enough information addressing both the arguments to have enough of an opinion. But because it isn't POPULAR opinion, many people just can't fathom how it could be false. And admit it, the media has, at least in a minor way, steered you guys a certain way in your lifetime, to train you to sometimes ignore facts that can seem fishy or that you don't believe could happen.

I'm not saying all the facts that those members of 9/11 truth are saying make sense, I've chuckled at some of their claims. But the point is I've done my best to forget some of the news I've seen and some of the lies in the media I've been forced to stomach in my life and tried to be as evenhanded in the process of my opinion as I could be.

The government misleads, manipulates at times, its people. THAT, I'm sure we can all agree is true. That is part of their nature. I'm not 100% on whether it was planned or whether it wasn't, but there is a camp of mainstream physicists, scientists and engineers who refute it, and a camp of those who don't and believe the concensus in the 9/11 truth movement statements.

Just be informed.
