r there any good FREE programs that i can use to convert midi to mp3 /wav??

i am trying to put mp3s in my flash but it doesnt let me. it says "One or more files were not converted because there were problems reading them".

i think its because it can only read a bitrate of 160kbps. mine are over 400. does anyone know how i can lower the bitrate??

ive tried evrything and i cant get it to work!! plz could someone just send me the mp3 or wav file of the music so i can finish my flash.

im a new here and started making my own flash movies. the only problem is that i cant use the music i wanted for my flash because its midi file. anyone know any free software to convert to mp3 that isnt a trial version? or u could give me the crack with a trial. heh
