Well I hope you stick around for a while, this site needs more people who aren't trolls or idiots.
I know what you mean. I do miss the old way.
I know what you mean by culture shock I was off newgrounds for about five years and just started coming back on the site four months ago, alot has changed on the BBS (I was an extreme lurker way back when, but I still miss the way it used to be) tA lot has changed the bbs is clogged with spamm and this site is overrun with punk 13 year olds (no offense meant to none punk 13 year olds)
Now why would you two do something as stupid as that?
Consult an attorney.
That being said it seems to me that since you have made multiple attempts to inform paypal & they have neglected to respond then the money is yours, just remember to report it on your income taxes.

A good mature cartoon doesn't need excess profanity to be swell.
Adult Swim means no kids allowed(at a local pool that is) So the name kind of implies that it contains adult subject mater &/or language.

Look, atheists, just because muslims kill for their religion, doesnt mean christians do. i know most people on this site are athiest and democrats, but whoever isnt (democrat or republican) take my advice if you are going to comment an argument.
Thanks,

Okay Steve two problems there ONE Christians do kill for there religion(all major faiths do, people tend to forget what the religion preaches & warp it to soot their needs)
TWO
There is absolutely no proof that anything in the Bible actually happened.
(People who claim things like this tend to be the same people who warp the religion for there own reasons)(or the Sheep who follow them)
One finale thing a "Christian" can not say "go to hell" (according to Christianity) only god can say that, also it goes against the whole Love thy neighbor/enemy thing
Is anyone else sick of these "Christians" who think that they just have to believe a story & they will go to heaven even if they completely abandon everything those stories are meant to teach?
(Did these people never learn what a "parable" is?)
Gas prices going down is a mixed blessing on one hand people will be back at there old habits (driving half a block to the mail box)(buying big SUVs & Pickups) but on the other hand everything is shipped via petroleum fuels, so the price of common goods should drop.
One thing that makes me mad is that the CEO of one petrol company (I forget which) Said in an interview that they would lower prices when"people stop going to the pump"
Has anyone else noticed that gas prices are dropping but food prices are going up?
I mean when gas prices started skyrocketing food prices went up, it made sense since all food has to be shipped using gas & diesel , but gas prices keep dropping & food prices keep rising.(i'm just complaining because I don't drive but I do eat)

You do realize you can by organic natural tobacco (american spirit) & most of the chemicals in cigerets are preservatives & they actually add chemicals to make them burn slower.
I am not saying that all marijauna products would not have additives but just like tobacco there would be enough competition for someone to sell organic natural herb, it may cost more than the other brands but you could still buy it.

For the people who think it will become as common as cigarettes, it probably wouldn't if it was legalized, because you can't get a physical addiction to weed like you do to cigarettes. The only reason we have a bunch of people smoking cigarettes is because they are addicted, and if you couldn't be addicted to weed then it wouldn't be as common as people smoking cigarettes.
You clearly don't smoke cigarettes if you think that people can't quit just because of a physical addiction, that is part of it but another part is the act of smoking the act of inhaling, exhaling and ashing your smoke, it is a very calming ritual. (You smoke weed right? Is the ritual of smoking herb not relaxing to you?)
Does anyone else think it is sad that the OP did not want a Legalize debate but you can't mention marijuana without it becoming a debate on its legality?

Legal pot would just turn into something crass.
How would pot being legal make it more expensive it being illegal means you have to pay more, you have to pay a "risk tax" for the danger of growing, transporting, & selling it, as well as the cost of those activities themselves(artificial light can cost a lot more than the sun) that is why it is so expensive now, even if they taxed it ridiculously it would probably still be cheaper.
To answer the OP's question I would be willing to vote for a marijuana user even a full blown pothead, I don't think that an experienced marijuana user is going to have that much difficulty in preforming any task high they can do sober so why does it matter if the head exec. is high on weed, I don't recall seeing any evidence to the effect that marijuana impairs decision making skills.
What does a "cocksucker" map look like?

You do realize that the tobacco companies would be the most likel;y to take over the new legal market,
And Philip Morris owns the patent on "marijuana cigarettes".

on another note
Can anyone come up with ONE just ONE valid argument for criminalization of marijuana.
On all these threads & in real life all I hear are arguments like this:
Marijuana causes brain damage (no evidence of that)
Marijuana causes laziness/lethargy (partially true but so does television)
If it were legal then quality would degrade (because capitalism does not reward a better product)(stupid potheads)
And stupid counter arguments like this:
I don't buy the people still do it anyway argument, people still commit murder & that's illegal.
(Do people who use that one think that murder laws are there to protect people from themselves or that drug use is comparable to murder?)
MY mom & dad have both done drugs my dad did acid, weed & shrooms,
My mom did acid shrooms, weed, barbs, speed(methamphetamine ),& any drug she could get her hands on.
My mom told me before I came of(drug using) age never to be as bad as she was, so it is alright that I smoke pot&do some other things but I never use meth.
Honestly she cares more about my pack a day habit than any of my other ones.

Also could you please state the harmful effects.

Could you explain that? You are probably right, but I don't see it.
How is a person discriminating against you your fault?
If you can control what you are being discriminated for (I.E.work ethic or drug use) it is your own fault.
I don't think Obama will not be the reason affirmative action ends but the end is coming in this state we had an isue on the balot to end it in state run facilities %51 voted no but it was still close, so the end is coming especially in 20years when the majority of Americans will be latino.

Even with the high taxes that would be applied to it, it would most likely be the same price or even cheaper, after all it is illegal and thus you have to pay for the risk the people selling/growing/smuggling it take.
I am all for taxing the shit out of marijuana it is not a necessity & could raise billions annually for the government just think of how much we could improve education or health care with that money.
Wow, I can't believe how many people are against pardons, the power are put their as a check against the judicial branch, & it can come in handy ,If someone who is serving a sentence has information on major criminal operations & has not committed any additional crime which he could be charged with for instance or for clandestine agents the pardon is useful,
Abuse of Pardons,
I've always seen this as a perk of being president, after all i have never heard of any specifications or requirements, or even reasons required for a pardon, I don't see how it is abuse if it was meant to be that way.
My problem is not that the president pardons so many but rather so few, our "Justice" System has many flaws(notice quotations), many people are in prison for pathetic reasons for incredibly long periods of time.

Most people do make that compromise however many think that the government should not support the idea (church&state&all) of those who are against the idea totally there are two factions and there reasons are;
Atheists: no belief in god (reasonable there is no evidence either way)
Theists: a book written by primitive people thousands of years ago on there concept of god says it happened differently so despite mountains of evidence to the contrary it has to have happened the way the book says.(usually with misconceptions about evolution, arguments on the moral lessions of evolution,& beliefe in an athiest/satanic conspericy that %99.8 of the scientific community are in on)

I don't know what you mean by "catering to every whim" but as for the they need to learn to tolerate it bit,I completely agree, It is ridiculous to go to a foreign land & expect the people to comply with your standards of living.
Come to think of it the catering to every whim thing I do kind of understand here in the US I remember a few years back watching the news & seeing a segment on some people(Arab immigrant Muslims for the most part) Trying to make it law for women to be required to wear veils ,
now I was a little upset at the people trying to do this, after all this is supposed to be a "Free" nation so making that law would be ridiculous but they also have the right to suggest it.However I was more upset at the network for giving them attention,I mean a few radical Muslims want to change the law & they get media attention when I am sure there were much more important issues to cover. The same thing happened last year when a few grocery clerks were fired for refusing to handle pork when they clearly knew they would have to considering the store sold pork & they were cashiers.
But that has nothing to do with the atrocity that has happened it is clear to me that this man was a racist, religiousest(know a better word?),& possibly/likely sexist( notice he killed the girlfriend & not the roommate,) zealot.
It is terribly sad he killed the women he believed to be carrying his roommates child because he disapproved of their relationship & it is events like this that make me genuinely perturbed by humanity, how anyone could do such a thing for such a pathetic reason is beyond me.
