so anyways, i was cruising the NG bbs the other night trying to get some "cool points" when i realized it was midnight and it was Waaaay past my bed time, so anyways, my computers in my basement right, and the basement is still under teh construction, so anyways, i get up, and its pitch black, and start walking in the relative position of the door, when WAM,
i didnt know what happened for a split second, then i was like, i just ran into the pole! omg, thats no good, what if my mommy finds out i was up past midnight! the boney part of the pole smacked into my foehead making a loud noise-then my mom walks down and tells me to go to bed.
i dont know what to do, and to make it even worse, what if she takes away my NG priveliges!

It's on my list of things to do, but does not feature particularly highly in terms of priorities at the moment =)

hehehe, i think newgrounds could use more contact options. im thinking that there should be maybe "Audioportal@NG.com" or something along those lines, we wont need a new admin, that will just be a way for us to get action faster-
also, there should be fanmail@ng.com, so then the admins emails wont be filled with fanmail so that way our emails will be answered even faster,
finally, i think all the ng email boxes should be fitted with perhaps a system so that the admins can go through there email, and any spam they recieve, they can mark the email adreess as spam, so the email will be used only for ng help, except for the fanmail folder, though, fans can spam qll tghey want-
this will help get our quesries answered faster as well as make the admins lifes easier, and make it so we wont have to wait forever to get stuff donwe on the audio poral!
well, im back from sachool(who invented school anyways), and im glad perople have taken idea to the revoltuion!
i have read everything herew, and in respone to everyone whos given suggestsions and offered to help, we can do eet! we goona make the audio portal kick ass, no more flash oppression!
also liljim, i understand that quite a few people are on dialup, unfortunatly, but isnt there a practical way to fix this problem? perhaps it would be possible that when the audio portal is open, all the loops arent already looded in the swf, and instead there are many different swf. that the server chooses randomly, each with a different song? just brainstorming here
just make a short like 10-15 second loop that could play on the audio portal front page and submit, i could add a beat or something if you wanna email me the bass :p

well all you have to do for this stage is m,erely make loops that are relativly short, submit them to the portal, and email liljim with a link, and dont be afraid to try new styles i think it be pretty cool if subgenres were used, but ur gonna have to make um up :p

all the waiting for the audio portal changes is going to end now!
WE ARE STARTING A REVOLUTION!
to join just say your in, and as a member of the revolution you have to partake in the current revolution stage-
our first stage is going to be getting the main portal songs changed, and to acheive this submit short maybe 10-15 second loops to the audio portal and email liljim with a link to it-
maybe if we are lucky we can get the main loop changed and then that will show that we can make changes, and after that maybe we will try to get some other things changed-
if we all work together, this includes you to, mods, becuase i know you arent satisfyed with the audio portal that much either, then maybe we could finally get the changes that will make the audio portal a better place, and that would be a good thing.
so this is a joint effort, and keep in mind i wont make you do too radical of things :p
if you cant make music though, post here ideas on what the next stage could be, we all need to work together to make things happen!

ok iv made the first step in a audio portal revolution, iv just made a short loop that ima gonna try to get front page, and used audacity (thx denvish) to remove te padding so its ready to go, comon people, dont be panzys start churning out the loops, and start a revolution! its time for an audio portal CHANGE!

also on the main audio page, instead of playing just paras songs, any artist can submit a short loop, and the audio portal main page would play randomly generated ones, and provide a link to the artist with the music thats playing

i have come up weoth some brilliant ideas for audio portal advertisement-
i think that there shoulod be maybe an extra bar on every flash page, that is just like the button at the top of the audio portal page, yet instead of playing the same music, various artists can submit a 10 second or so loop of any of there songs(1 per artist at any time though), and on the pages that will have this new bar, it will randomly select 1 of the loops, and right above it there could be a link to that artists page, this way artists cNan get exposure and maybe MANY downloads-
also we need mass zero voter hunter downers...
