Hmmm. So the PC doesn't limit your RAM per application? Instead it's the entire OS? That's quite different than Mac's.

My Mac is 64bit, but because the code hasn't entirely been implemented yet, I have to use applications outside of Logic. Which actually overall makes it better, since I don't have to load samples again when switching projects.

You use a mac. GAH

I went to guitar center the other day, and made the mistake of mentioning i used winows to produce on. 6 people around me started heckling me.

you can have your macs. BAHUMBUG

Yeah the media is horseshit. Family watches it for hours every day. I never watch any form of television, except maybe the history channel. but even then it's watered down history, establishment friendly.

Taking my glasses off while I'm driving would equate to stunting AND impaired driving. And don't ever assume you could never fix a health problem. I used to think diabetes was incurable because I listened to healthcare industry propaganda.a yet I watched a 30 day raw vegan retreat video where 5 out of the 6 diabetics were taken completely off their insulin. Type 1 and type 2.

I can link you to that if you want

20/20 vision without lenses or surgery??

I recently came upon this stuff, http://www.motherearthnews.com/Natural-H ealth/1983-07-01/Eye-Exercises.aspx

I'm going to do these excersises and see if I cant ween myself off of my thick goddam glasses.

if it works, then i will be assured in my assumtion that the eyeglass/health care indiustry keeps shit secret to keep profits up. if everyone did it the whole eyeglass sector would collapse

Hell there right now is a cure for cancer, called DCA, but the healthcare industries don't want you to know, becuase there is alot of profit to be made on cancerous individuals

The EWI is by far the best investment I've made in MIDI recording setups. It allows me to record real-time the breath controller data in my strings, brass, and woodwinds using VSL. It's one of the reasons why my strings are so expressive at times.

pix/videos please, I've been dying to see one of these things in action.

which virtual instruments allow you to use the expressiveness of the EWI?

I agree. I'm going to make music for musicians. I just think that getting respected by musicians is worth far more than being respected by the general (mostly stupid) public.
Though it doesn't make as much money :p

I say who cares about who respects you. When I am making a song and connect with THE SONG myself WHILE I am making it. well, that's better than marijuana, crack, or sex folks

GAY

the only thing gays truly become upset about is when you accuse them of not being born gay, but in fact choosing it, either unconsciously or consciously, which thereby takes away their "responsibility scapegoat" which they use justify themselves being gay, dropping responsibility on some process which they have no control over. In laymens terms, assuming that if you are gay, you had no control over it because you were born that way

seinheisers are by no means flat. they have an excenuated mid range, weaker bass and highs, and slight mid-range resonanse issues.

the mid spike is between 1 khz to aaround 5 or 6 khz, witha lack of high crispness. this could have the whole yamaha ns-10 effect.

nonetheless, the spike is around 5-6 db, and if you are aware of this, you can easily maneuver your mix around it. for 99 bucks, you CANNOT find anything else that's comparable

songs mixed on 280-pros will translate well onto a vaariety of systems, just like songs mixed on the ns-10s

oh yeah, and he uses cubase, a man after my own heart :)

ive learend the basics and all and im ready to start and i all ready did some thing really small but cool.
But some thing really wierd happend when i was watching the tuts...
the guy in the video had up to 64 free VST instrument slots...
and i got only 2 freaking free slots !
and i have no idea what to do...
ive tried to download drivers for my sound card... didnt work (the driver as well XD)
and i got windows 7, and really i dont think this is the problem... cubase works fine

the lesser, cheaper versions of cubase have severely restricted numbers vst instrument slots.

unless you buy the 500 buck version, you only get two slots
