Yeah he made it.

Also, the way he did it i believe is drew something, then erased little by little. Which he then reversed the frames in flash, which made it look like it as being made, idk but it could be possible he did it that way.

haha, funny. So you are saying that you cant tell a story with anything other than 30 frames per second? I do know the difference between the two and know for a fact that if you are capable of decent animation that you should be able to utilize the frame rate you are given.

give me a second, i will upload an animation at 30fps, and then the same thing at 18, i will let you decide.
