Nice to read their point of view. It's funny how the tv censors were just in their minds all along.

Also.. am I really the only one who noticed the romantic buildup right when it started?

It's really just a watered down Elder Scrolls game, like a bad copy of Skyrim.

Either is fine since the most commonly used programs are available on both systems. Your co-worker or whatever seems really pretentious saying stuff like that.

You should check out Culveyhouse on youtube, he might be your thing. He's a bit older, more calm and his videos usually have 60fps and at least 1080p.

Of course it went there, what makes you suspect the money went anywhere else? The reason they had to split the game was because the funds for act 1 were already close to running dry. The delay of act 2 is unfortunate but once again the fault of bad planning and management - which is the answer to pretty much all of your questions.

Also if they cared about releasing a finished product they wouldn't have released the game incomplete in the first place.

The split had to happen or else the entire second half of the game wouldn't have been made at all. It's a tough compromise.

I assume they will have to put more thought into them and make them less "use x item to win".

Why don't you just tell us exactly why it keeps getting delayed, you claim its to perfect the finale but according to news sources act 2 overall is done apart from the ending. I don't hate double fine I simply want them to stop being shady. Doublefine do you want to become EA or Ubisoft? if not then be more transparent about whats being done with the money we give you to give us a "complete game".

Oh boy.. the article you linked explains exactly why the delay happens. The game will hit alpha stage by the end of the year, which means it will be playable but unpolished in all categories. They obviously still have work to do and care about delivering a finished product - which to them is more important than releasing the product on time.

At first I was dead set on Palutena but quickly found out that I don't like her special moveset all that much because it lacks offense. Tried out Bowser Jr. after that and loved him ever since. He has everything I've been looking for in a character: Decent speed, universally useful special moveset, annoying and powerful projectiles and mindgames. Dedede is my second favorite but too sluggish sometimes (and I also tend to hit his slow side smash alot by accident..). I rather prefer to spew mechakoopas and cannonballs all over the place and attack amidst the chaos.

My guess is that companies like Disney just file them with numbers because they own such a large amount of characters that filing their papers alphabetically would be a huge mess.

Do you miss something like the Subspace Emissary? I was a huge fan of that, and even so, I can't stop playing the game single player. Event mode, Special orders, stadium, classic, there's lot of stuff to do. I personally think they did a really good job here (although the 3DS version felt pretty poor for single player).

I skipped Brawl but I still miss the adventure mode from Melee. Buuuuut truth be told I've been pretty grumpy and ill yesterday - the offline modes are actually decent. The combined facts that I didn't touch a Smash game for more than 5 years and watched a Smash 3DS tournament not too long ago must've temporarily given me some strange expectations but I was just killing all the fun I could've had yesterday.

Don't bother with bones in Flash. Other programs do a far better job with them and in Flash they are just really lackluster.

2) How can I add a video? (Example: I decide to add my friend's YouTube video in the background on a TV screen as an Easter egg. How would I go about doing this?)

You'll need to create an image sequence (rendering each frame of the video as a separate png), import them into Flash and then put them all into a single symbol. This symbol can then be placed on the TV screen and set to play whenever you like. Sound has to be imported separately.

If that's the case, then yeah I agree, but if they expect people to pay for a character, then Nintendo is really pushing their luck.

Judging from how much stuff they cram into the Mario Kart DLCs I doubt they would try to sell single characters. If they are planning to create more characters they'll probably offer bundles and Mewtwo will show up in one of them.

After playing the demo I think the Wii U version will be more comfortable for me. I don't like the button config on the 3DS and a good old gamecube controller probably feels more comfortable than the circle pad. Also big screen.
