BOTTOM LINE graffiti is art. i dont care if its a tag or a piece its something that someone put creative energy into. throwing a brick at a window is vandalism. graff is changing the color of a surface. it is also the last true form of free speech but i guess thats too powerful so now it is considered a felony. if someone wanted to vandalize something they would just fuck it up, not leave a tag.
