I don't think it has a first time only feature, least I haven't found it.
To get the 1st/2nd/3rd Time bars, press L, and on the right column is what you want. Remember to put in the repeat after! Oh, and on the final time bar, always finish the piece, otherwise, your score will go on for 1/2hour! If you want more repeat time bars, you'll have to write the score again after the first set.
