I am not scared of driving, I just dislike being tested.

Don't forget to signal every turn or when you change lanes or pull over. Also, just stay calm it's a pretty easy test.
I never forget to signal when emerging or turning into minor roads, but I do forget to signal off round-a-bouts, going to have to make sure of that, and I skim cars a little bit, which is scary if you are a passenger.

Thanks, I really enjoy driving too, it just seems like yesterday I began my lessons so I am sure your test date will come around soon.

Yeah, I am actually a really good driver when I am not under pressure, I think that I am just going to pretend that I am in the car by myself and the random stranger is just a GPS.

Actually yes, I tried to have lessons when I was 19 but my attitude was all wrong and my priorities were all wrong, when I was younger, I spent most my cash on DVDs, video Games, high end electronics and booze.

well, i actually have driven my grandma's car in parking lots. give the car some gas then take your foot of the pedal if you want to go minimum speed(usually 20 km/h) and gently press the gas in to go faster. also, on a similar note, i just got my boat liscense on sunday!
Yeah actual physical act of driving is pretty easy, it is the psychological aspects such as judgement, descion making and anticipation that are more difficult to learn. Cool a boat license, I am not sure if you need one in the U.K, me and a few friends have thought of renting a boat before but it has never panned out.
