OMG I finally did it :D I did it with Switch. Set the minumum bit rate to 96, max. 320(192 or higher gives 44kHZ) and voila!Done. Thanks a lot for everyone who tried to help out. Now let's just hope NG accepts it this time. *prays*

I've downloaded Switch too. It does the same thing, stays at 22 kHz...But I couldn't find the option for changing it to 44 kHz though...So if you'll tell me, it'd be great.
