Ok, I'm getting really sick of this console war shit. Why does it matter which console is the best or not? If your trying to convince someone that a console is better than another console, what does that accomplish? Nothing. For 3 big reasons.

1. If someone likes a console, it is not possible to convince them that some other console is better. It's like four year olds fighting over toys. Example:

Kid 1: My choo choo train is better than yours.
Kid 2: No it isn't.
Kid 1: My train is blue, so it's obviously the best.
Kid 2: But my train is red, and everybody knows Red is better than Blue
kid 1: NO! BLUE IS BETTER THAN RED
kid 3: your all a bunch of losers. yellow is the way to go.
etc.

2. If for some reason, your the luckiest man on earth, and you actually do the impossible, (convince someone that there console isn't as good as yours,) what do you get out of it? The guy will just say, "Oh, I guess that console is pretty cool." and thats it. Yep, you waisted 4 hours on the computer arguing with this guy just to hear him say that.

3. And this is the biggest reason of all. WHO CARES IF SOMEONE ENJOYS ANOTHER CONSOLE!!! If someone says, "I played Mario Galaxy/Halo 3/Metal Gear Solid 4, and I enjoyed it," how does that affect your life in anyway? Why does anyone have to be some douchebag, and just say, "Wow...The Wii/PS3/Xbox360 sucks, your a noob, you have no life. If only you had a (insert console here) like I do. if someone likes Mario, who cares, you can play your own game. If you really don't believe that people don't care, go up to some random person on the street and say, "I like the xbox 360" do you think that person will actually care even the slightest? But unfortanutly, some people hear this as something really important. When someone says, "I like the xbox 360" other people hear, "I have a huge ass nuclear bomb, and it's going to go off and kill everybody unless you bash the 360." It's not important.

One last tidbit is people who don't own a console, but bash it anyways. Whats the point of that, if you don't even know what it's like?

Now I'm not going to pretend I'm high and mighty and know everything. I was twelve once, and I always defended Nintendo. I did some of the stupid things I mentioned. I would always say, "The Wii is the best! All the other consoles only have shooters, etc." But then I did something very important. I grew up. I know being 14 isn't much older than I used to be, but it's enough. I decided when I was 13 to buy an Xbox 360. It's a great system. I was afraid I would hate it due to my Nintendo fanboyism, but it's great, and I just absolutly love it. The Wii is still my favorite, but none the less. I have also played the ps3, but I just really couldn't get into it...it was just way different. Although metal gear solid 4 is one hell of a game, 1 game wont win me over. And I know the Wii only has 22 good games out of 245, (in my opinion) but its enough for me. And when I get bored with the Wii, I turn to my xbox, and vice versa. The PS3 was just something I couldn't turn to.

I guess the main thing I'm trying to get across is, stop with the console wars shit. It's pointless and it will get you no where. Not saying that you shouldn't express your opinions for these consoles, I'm just saying don't fight over them like cats and dogs. Thank you, to anyone who read this.

I'm A Wii and 360 guy. The Wii has good games, there just hard to find. To name a few

Mario Galaxy (Call me a fanboy if you want, I liked this game)
Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
Metroid Prime 3
Super Smash Brothers Brawl (even though it's over hyped beyond belief, it's an enjoyable game)
Mario Kart Wii (Probably the first Wii game with non laggy online. A very good game for hardcore players)
Zack and Wiki ( the first out of three 3rd party games on the Wii that are actually good)
Wario Ware: Smooth moves (mini game compilations are fun, but there are thousands of them on the Wii. This is the only one you need.)
Resident Evil 4 ( I know I said Zack and Wiki is one of the only good 3rd party games, but this is a port, so I don't knoww if it counts.)
Sonic and the secret rings (it's more of a "fairly decent" game than a good game, but it has a fucked up storyline)
Rock Band( second 3rd party game out of three)
Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn
Guitar Hero Aerosmith (i hear it's good, but never tried it)
Guitar hero 3 (last third party game that is actually good)
Super Paper Mario (Very Short, but a great game)
Wii Ware titles

Lost Winds (best game on Wii Ware currently)
Dr. Mario Online (mostly for old scholl gamers. If you like Doctor Mario, you got it, except it has some new features and online)
Toki Tori (Don't let the odd title mislead you. It's a good game)

When I decided to watch some porn in my moms office, that was the most stupid fucking idea I have ever thought of. of course, I was younger when I did this, but not by much. So my mom comes in, and needs to use the computer. I have to exit out of the porn, but the only way to do so was to open up the porn, and exit out. So I did it as fast as fucking possible. So mom doesn't say anything, I walk out relieved, but before you know it, she says, "...what was that?" and I say "oh, it's just a darts game" I told myself I would never look at porn again...but, after about a day, I decided I was insane for saying such a thing.
