Ps Vita And Ps3 Connecting? Posted November 7th, 2012 in Video Games

I have been considering in buying a ps vita and I have seen on YouTube that you can play ps3 games on the vita.
Is it true that you can do that?

If so, does it have to be in your wireless network, the same as the ps3 or can you travel around and play?
