Here is the deal: I am looking for a flash artist that can create and animate avatars and background for my online game.

The artist I choose must be able to work with a tight deadline, be available for web/phone conferences as the need arises for the project, must sign a non-disclosure and non-competition contract and be willing to be paid by percentage of revenue for the remainder of the game existence (This means that as long as the game is generating revenue, a percentage of it will always be paid out to the artist as per the contract agreement)

If this payment arrangement works for you, you are willing to sign non-disclosure/non-competition contract, are perceptive to "feeling" the needs of projects and designing avatars/backgrounds to give the project the "right feel", please send me a message with a link to your portfolio.
