But then it'd be an RTS. And it would suck.
>not implying that RTSs suck, just that particular concept is... blarg.

But i didn't like mario galaxy 2.
So... You don't like Super Mario Galaxy 2 because it's hard?
What.

This and a million.
They're definitely a lot less annoying. +1 for that I guess.
Here's another epic tip: Shoot the other person BEFORE they shoot you.
I'm Christian Baptist, and my philosophy is this:
I don't bitch about you being atheist. So don't bitch about me being Christian.
I think that's a straightforward point.

My favorites are Link to the Past and Ocarina of Time.
I've wondered that myself. My Xbox is sorta the same. It's usually when I'm on Live that it takes forever and a day to shut down. I got mine around 2008. It DOES shut down, but it takes a long while. Does it not shut down or does it just take a long time? And does it only happen when you're on Xbox Live?
The early part in Half-Life 2 where you're escaping from Combine and this song plays. For a short part, it's got a pumped-up atmosphere to it.

It's Newgrounds, buddy. Anything that annoys you, we'll do it.
Because people don't see games like they do movies or books. A lot of them (especially parents who never grew up with games) think they're measly toys. I give it a few years before games are accepted as movies or books are now. As for a specific reason, I don't really know.

Just get it on Steam. Steam isn't that bad.

To be honest, I haven't really seen many games that utilize the PS3's graphics as much as everyone brags about. I've seen potential, but it's only in exclusives that I've seen that kind of power. Most of the 3rd party games look the same as their 360 counterparts to me. 'Course, I don't have a PS3, so my opinion is officially crap. But that's just my two cents.

That idiotic noise that happens in Pokemon when your Pokemon's HP is down low.

Go play Mars Matrix.
my god we might as well have a What's your Favorite Superman Game while we're at it (i'm pretty sure the only good one was a capcom beat em up)

Probably something made by Tom. Check his stuff and see what comes the earliest.
I could be wrong, which I usually am.
Oooh, joy, opinions! I gots nothing else to do, so why not before it is locked?
1. Super Mario 64
My all-time favorite, and my first console game. I still bum around Bob-omb Battlefield from time to time. I love how you can explore each level freely and even Star-skip some missions. It's a fun game that I'd play any day.
2. Banjo-Kazooie
Comes very close, but it didn't influence me as much as Super Mario 64 did. A very fun platformer, and pretty much beats Super Mario 64 as far as design and gameplay. I love its art style and slick British humor.
3. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney
To be honest, when I first got this game, I didn't know what to expect. Once I started playing it, I found the entire series amazing. The story grips you the most, and with the moving soundtrack, it feels like a courtroom made awesome.
4. Left 4 Dead
I ain't into most FPS games, but this one is definitely one of my favorites. The shear fact of being in a zombie apocalypse is thrilling. And with a friend, it's ultra-fun. Also, peelz.
5. Burnout Revenge
Best. Racing. Game. In. My. Opinion. It's so arcade-ish yet brings a ton of modes, challenges, and unlockables to make it a deeper game. Plus it's the only one that you can hit cars from behind and not get hurt, so I crash a lot less in it, hurr. Definitely one my favorite racing games.
I played UT3 on PC (hurr durr OnLive because mah comp sux), pretty fun stuff. I like how it's a sort of pick-up-and-play kind of thing. No stupid leveling up to prestige levels, no buying, unlocking, or trading weapons--just pure and simple multiplayer with weapons first come, first serve. I love it.
I regret beginning to play FPS games.
Joke(?) aside, I regret not getting Super Mario RPG on the SNES a while back. I had to wait until it came on bloody Virtual Console before I got to play it. FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF--
My comp has low specs (w00t w00t laptop trolololo), so I play on low to medium settings. Hey, I ain't complainin'. As long as I can play my Half-Life and Monkey Island, I'm happy with it.
Don't judge me. Also, I don't mind playing an FPS on consoles, but I do get kerfunkled with controls from time to time.

What.
I am complete crap at FPS games, I admit. So no, I could never move higher than the first round in a tournament.
Oh Lord. Not this stupid thread again. It NEVER works out. Ever. And it never will.
