Yeah, I've got like 4 people that are fit for coding but they're all very balanced in their skills so I'm trying to find the best one or two to be the head programmers, while the others can either use their other skills for other aspects of the server, like music or world creation. But no, the server will not require a mod, you will be able to use vanilla minecraft to connect to it. ^_^

I'm looking to make a MineCraft MMORPG server; so I currently need professional programmer(s) who can execute wondrous works of art within vanilla (bukkit) MineCraft. The server will have four developmental stages: Alpha, Closed Beta, Open Beta and Full Release. Nearing the closing of Alpha and the opening of Closed Beta I will be more actively looking for artists/animators, musicians, and voice-actors for a trailer for the server and in-game music as well. Writers will also be needed to create an elegant and enchanting storyline + lore that will actually interest common players and hardcore role-players.

Job Requirements:

Builder
* Loads of experience and skill with building medieval/fantasy oriented builds
* Able to use Google Documents
* Moderate understanding of the following tools: VoxelSniper, WorldEdit, WorldPainter
* Experience and skill in terraforming (nature buildings; trees, land layout, mountains, etc.)

Programmer/Coder

* Intermediate Java and Bukkit knowledge
* Lots of experience with coding with MineCraft (or java)
* Able to put final results of plugin in pdf's and javadocs
* Ability to constantly resolve bugs

Artists/Animators

* Experience with making smooth, and enjoyable animations
* Experience with animation/rendering tools (e.g; blender)
* The ability to create forum layouts, logos, concept art, splash screens etc..
* The ability to use Google Documents to share your work

Voice-Actors

* The ability to act in multiple characters (e.g; old man, king, peasant, etc..)
* The ability to create high sound quality files

Web-Developers

* The ability to layout forums and a website in a non-cluttered and organized manner
* Loads of experience with html
* The ability to take the Artists work and find appropriate locations on the website for it

Lore/Story-Writers

* The ability to write an actually interesting storyline
* The ability to write quests and combine game elements with lore
* The ability to quickly sum up the lore but give detail if needed
