Phantasy Star Zero (DS)

I was kind of disappointed with Phantasy Star Universe: it was alright, and it expanded tremendously on the options you had for character customization, but the gameplay fell flat on its face. Zero looks to be a worthy successor to the original Phantasy Star Online, carrying over many elements from PSO (rhythm-based combos, MAGs, the original three races), plus a cool story mode with three different story branches, as told from the perspective of the earth-born humans, the lunar Newmen, and the cybernetic CASTs.

They matter, but only so much. As far as I'm concerned, if the graphics don't interfere with the gameplay, then they're just fine.

This question comes up from time to time. What sets an RPG apart from other games is what defines it as a genre: strategic, often menu-based battles, large stories, the use of experience points and levels, and so on.

I have a crap-ass LD TV that can play a 360 just fine, so I doubt you'll have a problem using a PS3.

Why is that you ask? First of all, let me say that I am not a Mario hater.
