i think you are still breaking some art forum specific rules

also, if you think someone has bad/stolen artwork, use the "report abuse" button in the art portal, and fill out that form and stuff
dont bring it into the forum to try and trash another NGer
and, personally, i dont think thats considered "plagiarism" or stolen artwork. its different enough from the two to be considered original, and though is probably refrenced (heavily too, for the pose) isnt considered stolen

also, here is another WIP for doubles

used a texture for the shield, and idk how to make a B&W texture color, so i did best i could (ill ask toas what he did tomorrow...)
also, working on cape. the end of the cape is looking shoddy, attending that tomorrow, first thing.
