I love you so much.
Not just because your art looks great, but because youtake the time to record it all.
That in and of itself is a fantastic learning experience to watch.
So thank you and please keep doing it ^_^

two looks good, but i think you could shift the whole image to the right a bit, giving the sky more space and more attention to the star

Yes, yes, we know. Nice NG world pic Aigis. But I wish the globe actually looked like Earth rather than just blobs or blotches. Or Tom's face, that would have been cool.
Maybe it does ook like something though. But I can't see it.
Also, your butcher/serial killer/woman WIP, she is facing away from us right? If not, I will say that her hands are backwards. But the more look at it the more I tell myself she IS looking away, and so now I should say that the leg on the left side (what I think is her left leg) shouldn't be so bow-legged. Maybe its just me, but it llooks like it is pointed inward, while her thigh is pointing out. The sipper should alo follow the line of her body more and hel outline her shape rather than run straight down. i.e. curveature of the zipper to show the arch in her back, and her butt.
The whole silhouette aspect looks really cool though. Can't wait to see the finished product.

Happy Birthday Cloudy!!!

And guess what guys!?
THE RESULTS ARE IN!!!
Thats right, Tom finally posted the Game Jam winners!!!
Guess who won...?
TEAM ARCTIC WOLF!!! Flash
...
...
...
Nah, jk guys.
Actually, IceBoy won.
Nice job guys.
They each recieved $75 bucks in store credit. Apparently everyone was surprised when Tom gave them $30 each, because the LAST Game Jam ended up with $300 prize money. Tom felt bad, so he raised the amount.
Movie Jam prize: You pay TOM $60 bucks xP
Anyways, congrats to the winners!

Response to: Movie Jam, Castle Crashers Tourney Posted January 12th, 2011 in NG News

We all know the Squishy Chickens are the best prize.
But on a more concerned note:
Will having a Gold Plated Xbox be safe? I mean, what with all of the overheating and stuff?
Will the gold be removeable?
And what would happen, if, say, that Xbox got the red ring of death? Would it be replaced, gold and all, or will it just have to sit in our living rooms, a hollow trophy reminding us of that fateful day...?

Nice. If you can get it done sooner, that'd be great. Also, what version of flash do you use? I just want to be certain that it's either compatible or can be converted down.

I use flash macromedia 8
Also, it will be done before June, I am just recognizing the fact that I have a lot of time B]

Thanks everyone that complimented my work so far.
It won't be finished as fast as the ones already submitted, as you might have guessed.
I've been a little slow and have some other things on my plate atm.
But the deadline is in June, and it will definetely be finished by then. :P

Anyways, Yhtomit, would you mind listing the people that are done so far, ad perhaps a link to their pieces? Thanks.

At 1/11/11 05:51 PM, Damien wrote: Screw that tablet man. You can do a lot with just a mouse.
Tablets aint worth shit.

Tablet are amazing, and I recommend one to anyone who likes to draw or animate.
On that note, I will also say there are many good arists and animators alike that can do amazing stuff without a tablet.
When you have a tablet, it is very similar to pen and pencil, but it cannot mimic it exactly.
A mouse is a lot less accurate and takes a good while to get used to, but, as I said earlier, there is the potential to make amazing stuff with it.

In my opinion, if you can animate great, you can usually create some great art.
But if you can create some great art, you might not necessarily make a good animator.
When animating, you just have to remember to keep it simple and sweet, without stressing yourself over time and details like you can in a standalone piece. If you go frame by frame, drawing all of those details are gonna be a huge pain it the ass, and it won't always pay off.

Response to: animation: i dont know how to do it Posted January 11th, 2011 in Animation

You have to pay lots of monies for a good program like Flash.
Then you have to buy a tablet like a Cintiq.
Then you need to buy skilllz online.
Ebay is good for that kind of stuff.

I mean, as awesome as a rainbow totem would be, it would not look like a traditional totem and more like a rainbow dick thing. With faces and such.

Also, what direction is the light coming from?

And if you ask me what my ideas are, idk. I JUST DON'T KNOW.
