the money halliburton recieves from selling oil 35% of the profits should be sent to all the members of the armed services that fought in Iraq... (yeah right people give money away like that... and the same people that cut veterans benefits would give benefits to veterans...)

have 50% of the proceeds from iraqi oil go to the iraqi economy, then have every city send 5 people to a 'constitutional convention' in baghdad for them to set up a constitution... then have elections once the constitution is agreed upon (the US just took control of the country... like hell will they let the iraqi people set up their own govt anytime soon)
