Just a small amount of paperwork, a finger-pricking to make sure enough hemoglobin is in your blood, and a small pinch in your arm and you get to sit back and relax for a bit. Afterwards you get free juice and cookies, and the people are very nice there. I just gave for the 3rd time, and I feel great! A little light-headed though, but still. It's a great way to help out and all it takes is a half-hour out of your time and a pint from your body.
