That would be basically stealing. If you want a free Flash creator there's LiveSwif. It's extremely poor though.

i dont care if it sucks...but can you make decent movies and is it completely free?

a game thing/page where you can make movies games etc and actually put them in the portol...that way people who cant afford flash MX can make things

in other words put flash mx in a page on NG
