I work on a piece of open source cryptography software and I'm looking for an artist to work with on an AWESOME PROMOTIONAL VIDEO WITH A GREAT STORYBOARD.

You need to be able to:
* Draw awesome 16-bit futuristic cities (think SNES Megaman X style)
* An animated EVIL OVERSEER antagonist with a 16-bit evil laugh (kind of like the one in this video at 0:17)
* Work on bringing a great storyboard to life - involving 16-bit young hacker love in a futuristic city, versus a foreboding evil overseer who rules the skies.
