well while i was blamming in the flash portal every shit i see, i was thinking: If u need 10 votes, and the average of the votes must be higher than 2, ur flash passes the judgement test. If a over-powered imba lvled user votes 0 in a recently new flash were nobody voted yet and if him voting power is higher than 10, he only can be able to blam the flash? that way u can abuse of blam and get blam points really fast, cuz u can only vote 5 times per day for the exp, there is no limit in the quantity of points u can earn in a day.
If that is truth, wat lvl some1 will need to get that voting power (excluding the bonus of save/blam points)
