May I suggest a "skip battle animations" button for people who have completed the game? I know the art is beautiful but after 3 times of dying on Goku on epic mode I'd like to go through as fast as possible.

I totally agree. I generally watch the cut scenes, but sometimes I just want to get to the action, Especially when I am playing for the tenth or twentieth time.

We all know about the new medal system that was recently installed. It is still in beta, but it is most likely here to stay. Medals have been added to a few games that came out before the medal system such as Pico's School, Madness Regent, and Castle Crashing the Beard. Hopefully, all our favorite games will be receiving a makeover in the near future. But the authors of our favorite games are very busy with new projects, so they may not have the time to think up and add medals to their hit games. So, with this in mind, I thought that we could help the authors of our favorite games a little bit by suggesting possible medals for their awesome games.

Simply put, suggest medals for your favorite games on NG. Put as much info as you can, like a title, description of the medal, possible point value and maybe even a description of an icon for the medal. It's okay if you can't think of a title or icon, but try to provide as thorough a description of your idea as possible.

There are a few guidelines for the medals, as Tom stated in his news post on April 23.

The point values are 5 for the easiest achievements, 10, 25, 50 and 100 for the hardest achievements. Full games can have up to 500 points total, minigames can have up to 250 points, and movies can have 50. (Please refrain from suggesting medals for movies, unless you have a unique idea. Most will be just "find the easter egg" or "watch the credits".)

Try to make the achievements challenging but not impossible. Also, try to include a range of achievements, including some easier ones and some harder ones. Try to throw in a few secret achievements, too.

One of my favorite games is Newgrounds Rumble. I expect that most of you know it, so I'll skip the review of the game. If you have not played NGR, I highly recommend that you do.

The icon could be a skull, or pile of bones/body parts, representing your victims.

There are at least two easter eggs in NGR. If you know about them, or if you know of more, please don't ruin it for those have not found them. (If there are more, please PM me. Thanks.) Finding each easter egg should be worth 10 points.

By my count, that is 18 medals, without the easter egg medals, totaling 460 points. How do you think I did? Do you have any comments on my suggestions; something I missed perhaps? You should be able to suggest a movie or game for a collection while it is still under judegement. There are lots of good games and movies that never make it into a collection even if they deserve it. Some are forgotten after they pass judgement. I would be more likely to suggest it for a collection when I first play it than I would be to return and suggest it for a collection.

Of course, the suggestions should be withheld until the submission passes judgement. Otherwise, you guys would get swamped with suggestions about blammed submissions.

Is the enemy the same character as the one you posted on 2/5/09 and 2/6/09? In the first pic, there were brown spots, but in the new one the spots glow bright green. Also, the blades on the arms and tail are different.

What is that bump on its head? Does the character have a tumor in its head?

I like the video "It's A Tank", but I am afraid that it will open the flood gates to poorly made home videos. The last thing I want to see is NG become YouTube.

I guess I have to say it: 5 minutes is not enough time to make a good picture. I hope that this is not meant to be a final picture. If you want to draw a good character, you must take time to work on the details.
