This one was hard. There were a few excellent pieces. My vote goes to ZuluCS, because I liked how the design was reminiscent of a deep sea fish.

This COW reminds me of the NES game Abadox. Basically, you have to fight your way through a solar-system-sized creature that eats planets.

Please do. I think that is a great idea. I would like to see more Action poses, rather than having all the characters standing up straight and looking forward. Also, I think this castle needs a dragon.

How are Newgrounds characters? Dad from Dad 'n Me and Chainsaw the Children, P-bot, and Pico could be in Castle Crashers.

I respectfully disagree with TurkeyonaStick about the brown cloth versus chainmail question. I prefer chainmail all the way. Also, add some definition and shading to the head and helmet.

I completely agree with ImpendingRiot. I want to be able to believe in your character. Great characters are those that are so fantastic that you know that they could never exist, yet so realistic that you believe they could.

I think that a tournament would be a great idea.
