That's what I'm saying. The heat in Philadelphia, PA where I live gets intolerable after it reaches past 82-85 degrees because of the humidity and heat index.
Even the wind that blows around here sometimes is hot as shit.

I agree. When I first saw his reply I lol'd because I didn't think of that. But isn't there still post flood detection on the BBS?
Just because they can post faster doesn't mean they can bypass the flood protection.
And yes, it is. I'm trying to get Tom and Wade to give me my old username 'Josh' back. Tom put it on hold for me in case I ever came back. But it's whatever.

I would assume that the heat in Africa has no relative humidity aka "Dry Heat". So it is more tolerable than being in a region with the same temperature but more humidity.

It's about damn time. They are a waste of money and resources on energy. It's probably because of our economy being in shit right now which triggered this new policy.
I know this should be on my user news page. But I want more opinions of an idea for the BBS.
How come after 10 years with the BBS System. There is not a quick reply form under each topic on the BBS? Also, it would make it easier to quote multiple posts without having to open multiple tabs.
Like have a special link next to each post that says "Amend to Quick Reply" which adds a string like "[QUOTE=xxxxx]" xxxxx being the post number.
I know it won't be hard to add to the existing BBS system. But I also understand the staff here have other priorities and topics like this might just annoy them more. But I posted it here to hear other peoples opinions on this.

Shoot.
Can we use music from the audio portal on Youtube as a background for short films and the like?
It depends on the license for each individual audio submission you use, I assume so.
And what about if you're a Youtube partner and make money from said videos, does that count as commercial use?
If you are a YouTube Partner and currently making money off audio from Newgrounds. Then yes, that does count as Commercial. You are profiting from a non-commercial use file.
I just recently found out my dad is an asshole. Oh wait. Nevermind. I always knew that.

The heat index in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is supposedly going to be topping at 115 degrees.
What is the fascination with "My Little Pony"(The new TV Series).
I seen a few clips of the new show and it seems dull and the humor is really bland.
The only thing I like about it is that Animation Style is pretty sharp.

At least you are not living up here in Pennsylvania where the Humidity makes it feel 25-30 degrees hotter than it really is.
80 degrees in Texas is 80 degrees. 80 degrees in the Northeast is a 98 degree heat index.

When I ran retrogade.com. Me and another guy programmed the entire site in PHP and MySQL. Everything was custom made ranging from the user database to our own leveling system.
It's not hard to learn PHP and MySQL. PHP is for the dynamic HTML serving and MySQL is for database storage(user accounts, user submissions, etc).

That is custom scripted in PHP and MySQL with their existing user database and message board system.

Not many. But anythings possible. Just because something hasn't happened yet does not mean it will NOT happen.

Yeah, the people supporting the cops being "pricks" will be whistling a different tune if someone gets gravely ill or dies from their lemonade by either not sanitizing their tupperware or washing their hands.
