Need help , im new.

Well , Hello! Im quite interested in making flash animation and i needed some help. I'm not fully new with animation because i have done stop motion which is not fully similar but i know the basics. I was just wondering what software should i get? I allready know i need to get a graphic tablet and such but im not fully sure what to get. I have been looking at things like Adobe Flash but thats sort of out of my price range. could some people help ? :3
