Well I'll tell you what's not to like. Level 8 is a genuine BITCH on ultra, stupid pink deathray...
Other than that I'm already deifying this game like Super mario 64 was.
Oh and I'm planning to seize my place in the leaderboards soon.
#1: Majora's Mask.
It's pretty much the non-linear storyline that got to me. And the characters each had a life. They weren't just rambling about "Go there, kill that to save us all.". It's better than Oot because of.
1: FIERCE DEITY
2: The other tranfso-masks.
3: respawning bosses (I love to re-humiliate a boss)
2: the effect masks (especially captains hat, bunny mask and stone mask)
5: 6 bottles!
6: awesome dungeons
7: no age restrictions (for the items, excluding powder keg)
8: bank
#2: Ocarina of time.
It was the second Zelda I played,(That sounds weird...) after Wind waker. It has been the bleu-print for future zelda games. There hasn't been any 3D zelda that was able to top the feeling this one gave you. This really is zelda in all its glory.
This comes with a wee rant.
Having played it 3 times. You might say: "that's not quite an achievement buddy." but thats not it. One of my class-mates has that famed gold pre-order cartridge. AND HE HASN4T EVEN FOUND THE KIKORI SWORD!!! Whilst I'm screwing around with the dodgy NGC controls from the port on that wee disk that came with the wind-waker.
#3: -[Reserved for the valley of the flood]-
Ok ok, I shouldn't drag some rumour into this, but what a rumour it is. A fake link, steampunk, apocalyptic flood. I feel like it's gonna get a majora's mask like vibe.
#4: Legend of zelda: the adventere of Link (LoZ II)
Do not underestimate this game. And Error (that purple guy in one of the earlier villages) is a key person in the game. He actually has something for you.
#5: TP or WW I guess.
But to me both are second rank zelda games.
TP because of the pretty forced storyline. twili... I don't know. And NO MAGIC?
WW because of the whole triforce hunt.
It's probably pretty obvious that I don't own any handheld zelda, At all.

What did everyone get for Christmas?
Thanks Tom, I got 50EU from the granny's. and I inherited well "inherited". The old pc that stands in mums office. cause it tends to hang. So I got a merry christmas alright!. And wel. 2 Hours ago I was still drunk. With fiends that is. So anyway this year I plan of having fun with both this community and my actual friends. And ofcourse merry christmas to you, your crew, and everyone else on newgrounds and out of newgrounds.
But right now my top priority is sobering up a little more.

Pretty gross christmas card. But yeah merry christmas, or to prevent any racism lawsuit. Happy holidays everyone.
Congratz to all winners.
And talking about tablets... My dad once bought one. A cheap-ass tablet it was. I wonder where it is.
*Turns the place upside down, and returns with the tablet*
Look at that, it's still here, and it's a Wacom in fact. Rejoice.
*Plays around a bit*
It still works. But one thing bothered me for a while. It's off. If paint a 2 inch stroke, its longer then I'd paint the same stroke over a longer time.
*Ruffles around in mouse properties.*
Ah here it is, Forgot to tick off the "increase mouse presicion".
Well, I found a new toy for X-mas. (Well, not exactly new, but knowing me I'll probably have a good time with it. And I already AM having a good time.)
I mainly use opera. Because of well, I support opera. It's a small company in Oslo (Norway's capital) that works on opera. And opera works on improving both firefox, safari, chrome and almost all other browsers.
How, you ask?
Opera and W3C are bound tightly together, CSS's developer works there, and the standards of HTML5 are built there.
Other than just supporting opera, I love the interface, The speed dial, And most of all...
MOUSE GESTURES, Boy how I love that, I kid you not.
Syncro is awesome too, and even that opera is like, a browser, a chat program and even a email program. The download manager is Really useful, And so on.
AND its only 7,1 MegaByte for the largest version that includes multi lingual support.
Then you reply with...
But Firefox Is only 7,8 MegaBytes...
Ya, thats without add-ons.
Who cares, Do not mock the add-ons! You infidel! Just browse trough the add-ons and marvel at the beauty that radiates from them.
Thats the point. Opera makes their browser so awesome that they don't NEED add-ons. No third party stuff.
But the widgets are third party crap.
Well, yes, But those are just for fun. They serve no particular purpose, and I do not need any of them.
Well, I don't hate Firefox, it's used and loved by many. And even I have it.
But why don't I use it as my standard browser?
The download window is a window, and not a tab. That stinks.
The add-ons windows is a window, and not a tab. That stinks.
There is no panels button. which Opera has. There are no mouse gestures. Which Opera has.
There you have it, I prefer opera.

You seemed to be for the idea of boycotting American products. Now thats a decent paradox isn't it.
If you make claims like you did, try to give them some backgrounds. Don't just share your shallow opinion. Explain it. Give the people a chance to either use compliments, that build a even stronger opinion. Or arguments that point out that you have not seen the light. So you can re-think and decide.
But simply calling people "biggots" and crying out fascism. There is no real point in it all is there.
Then again.

Obama may be black. From what I picked up (like in this could be rumors.)
It has been said he has an Irish, muslim AND jewish background.
So Its more one of these new corporate buisnessmenn blacks. That made it out of the spiral of poverty.
And it seems right to me. I mean, he IS wearing a suit.
And yes. the democrats have screwed up. It should have ended after only 4 years. but SOMEHOW america elected the bush administration again.
Seems like some people tend to think politics are a game.
But then again, I have little right to speak, since Belgium is in an intense internal combat. (Without weaponry that is.)
An little article about that can be found here.

Exactly as I said. Blacks where as simple as an import product for cheap labour when they first set foot in America. Therefore that means their economic starting position wasn't even in the spiral of poverty. They weren't poor, they where as much as livestock. It was beyond poverty. They ascended to the spiral of poverty. And white people, as much as ANY person, would rather not mix with lower class citizens. It would be HIGHLY uncommon, if not impossible to see a princess marry a achieved buisnessman. Because royalty stands above the elite. As much as the elite stands above the middle class, As much as the middle class are above the lower class.
And when blacks, at that time "negroes" where emancipated they where lower class. And the white people ranged from middle class, to anywhere above. It is simple because their ancestors wher poor that "being black" received the connotation of being poor, from a less worthy stance in society.
Again we can house the blacks who fit to this desctipion in this entrance:

So basicly its the way that society looks up against poor people. It is capitalisms fault. BUT there is no alternative to capitalism, the Sovjets tried comunismm but they horribly failed due to currupted polititians and lazy citizens. So there is no other way possible. It will forever remain:
Lower class thrives to become middle class.
Middle class thrive to become Elitists.
Elitists will try to get married into Royalty.
And Royalty... will probably try to be deified.
If it where the other way around (e.g. whites being imported into afrika as slaves.) There would be an EXACT same situation. Only inverted.

Thanks,
I didn't mean to generalize as in the first post above. But being a
Belgian citizen does mean you have to comprehend the language fully. So for them to immigrate without learning dutch is arrogant. (I speak only of those two people.)
And EXACTLY. It has been one of my major beliefs to generalize language. 1 language for 1 world. It is an ideal situation. It would be ever so nice to be able to speak to anyone anywhere with the use of one language, one metric system. And it is largly completed. The developed country's teach english as a cirriculum in school. because one of the financial prowesses of this world would happen to be the US.
Ahum...
Whoa. Thats a lot to take. So this thread was started with races who put themselves as a victim, gradually become the victim, and take adventage of society that supports the victim.
AND SUDDENLY
There was talk about the circle of poverty.
Therefore I shall have to formulate multiple opinions in a single post.
As a Dutchmen, my english vocabulary may not reach to its full extent as others here possess, so bear with me.
First there is the problem about taking abuse of rascism,
I have witnessed a sortlike event, there was a Polish (Russian) Student slacking off during geography class. The teacher pointed out that he had the pay attention. Incling the word "alsjeblieft" in his sentence which would be the dutch word for "please".
As struck by lightning the kid responded with "You Rascist, I don't have to take this from you." The teacher gave him detention. The principal gave him a warning not to abuse his position.
I concluded that behavior - like the kid in this situation - is fueled by spineless people who easely cower in fear of a lawsuit.
People like the Principal and the geo-teacher have a broader vision on society and the world as a whole, they have estimated every aspect of the situation and have acted how they should have.
Period.
Now left to talk about, Immigrants, the eductional system, language gaps, lazyness, the spiral of poverety.
O-KAY! deep breath. onto the next ones.
Immigrants like the Kid above, and their parents get support from the "OCMW" once they are legeally belgian. So they are provided with minimal housing, water, gas electricity and even some money every month.
Not many take advantage of this. Almost every immigrant I know has adapted to our life, keeping aspects of there own(e.g. religion, food).Children will always be rebels and tend to defend or offend races. Considered normal.
The occasional lingual gap is easely solved by evening lessons.
And after the language of Dutch AND French (Belgium is bi-lingual) is controlled by the children. They are blended into the schools. With only a problem every now and then (see above).
Lazyness and immigrants.
I'm going to be hated now...
There was a actuality program on TV called "Man-Bijt-Hond"("Man-Bites-Dog" loosly translated) it shows alternate news. It still is very interesting news. It shows more forgotten topics. And one of the topics would hapen to be immigrants. All of the exotic immigrants could speak French or Dutch or both, with a funny accent ofcourse. But it struck me when I saw a married couple of Americans. They knew not even a single word Dutch OR French. I won't generalize. But that shows that some people try harder then other.
And finally the spiral of poverty.
The hardest nut to crack here.
The spiral itself will be explained first, then the 4 ways to enter it.
You can enter it at any point, so I will just begin with a random entry point.
You've lost your job. You no longer can support yourself. you turn to the government for help.
You get a low income. This means you can only afford poor housing and poor quality food. The poor housing will prove to be humid, combined with your lowered resistance of the poor food.
You get sick often. Docters waltz in and out your front door daily. You can no longer attend to anything and the little work you do have doesn't get done.
Your family suffers from this. And at a given point so do their grades.
So they either have no job later (Go to "you lost your job and repeat")
OR
They get unworthy education. They are forced to accept a under-paid job. Since they have work the government doesn't back them up.
(Go to "You get a low income" and repeat)
Thats the spiral.
The first way of entering it is called "individual blame" meaning "It's your own fault, loser."
You either are overly excentric when you can't afford it, you could even be lazy. Or you waste far too much money which might not be entirely yours. Congratz, you now have debts. Enter the spiral.
The second way is called "individual accident" Meaning as much as "It's not your fault, but it affects only you..."
The main breadwinner of the family suddenly dies. Leaving the significant other with a family to feed.
Or you are handicapped. The government tries to help you. But its the government that fails, not you.
Or General accident. You are absent from work too long, can't pick up the pace again and are eventually fired.
All three are tragic, but daily life for many.
Enter the spiral.
The third is called "Society's fault" meaning well... that it's society's fault.
The society thrives on underpaid people. Poor people where practicly raised to be poor.
Sad but true, you may now enter the spiral.
The fourth is "society's accident" = Its because society's changed that we don't need you anymore.
Wars destroy jobs, so does automatisation, economic crisis and migration.
Being jobless. You now get to enter the spiral.
A monster post here. Might not be entirely clear of typo's.
Any way I hope this doesn't raise more questions.
