Response to: Make a Fort Posted July 28th, 2010 in General

My brothers and I used to make forts all the time out of sofa cushions, bedsheets, pillows and other things like that. We managed to keep one up for a week and slept in it.

Also, no-one posted this yet?

This one time, I was at home just on the PC, when I saw a pale white figure come into the room through the kitchen. He moved just like a real man, but sluggish. Then I said 'Good morning' to him because it was my dad. True story really. I'll swear on the bible if you want.

6 in the morning when I still have things to do, but then 4 when I run out and get bored. If I find a decent song, then I'm generally up to about a 7 all day, 8 if I can find a decent tab and can learn it. This happened with Elk - This Town Needs Guns a cuple of days ago.

8GB of DDR2, but we can only use about 3.5GB because dad bought a 32 bit OS by accident.

Response to: Why do people get upset from death? Posted July 28th, 2010 in General

im so hardcore and emotionless that when an animal died i felt nothing am i cool now internet?

Surprisingly enough, death is a solemn and sad matter. When people die, we mourn their passing as we will never get to speak to them or see them again, which is sad. We grow connected to people in life, and when we lose them, we miss them.

Punk. Could be an abbreviation, and the song is from 99, so the band isn't limited to that year.

Sounds like CkY to me, could be 96 Quite Bitter Beings, but Wikipedia tells me it's from 2000. Have a quick youtube search of them, and see if it sounds like any of them.

No, you're officially a saint once you've been cannonised.

What? Are you saying you're proud to be a boy? Is that it? It sounds like you're still in kindergarten, and think girls are icky.

Why do people add TL;DRs to things that aren't even very long?

So NG what was YOUR worst head injury?

About 5 years ago, I was playing on my scooter (those things were badass back then) and going down the long steep hill just outside my house. I was just going down it over and over again, trying to get a bit more speed each time, but on the last time, I apparently gathered too much speed, and went flying over the handlebars after heading off the curb. Once I landed, I managed a good 2 meter skid on my face along the old and bumpy tarmac. It did not taste good. I ran back up the hill to my house, and was taken to an A&E to get a couple of stitches on my forehead and a few plasters. I still think I could've gone faster.

Either that or at trampolining when my friend got a bit competitive whilst we were playing football in the other side of the sports hall, and pushed me out of the way into the corner of one of the trampolines. These are not the padded garden trampolines either, but the competition standard full size things. I hit the end deck of the trampoline, the part that slides onto the end to hold the safety mats, but isn't actually cushioned itself, so I was pushed headfirst into a solid steel structure. I was unconcious for about 10 seconds (or so I'm told) and again was taken to A&E for more stitches and plasters. This was about 3 months after the first incident.

I haven't had any proper injuries since then, so I guess I learned some sort of lesson., whether it's that scooters can't go as fast as I'd like, or that my friend Dan is a dick.

Response to: Slender Man? Posted July 27th, 2010 in General

Yeah, I found it through the MarbleHornets channel on Youtube a while ago. It's one of my favourite mythical creatures / beings / things, though I'm not too sure why. It originated from a photoshop thread on a paranormal forum and it has it's own KnowYourMeme page, and then grew to have a paranormal wikidot page.

Looks badass.

I want to die. Just not right now, that'd suck. Maybe in about 80 years or something. Living forever would suck.

Response to: White people and kissing dogs/cats. Posted July 27th, 2010 in General

I'd hardly consider kissing an animal beastiality. It's just an animal lover's way of showing affection. You'd kiss a girlfriend right? Well for them, their pet could be just as important.

As for black people not doing it, I've seen many black people do it. It has nothing to do with race at all.

I'd ask why he would not leave more evidence of his existence in order to assure a stronger faith in the people in societies later. Actually, I'd probably waste it by asking who he is, given that a stranger has just popped ou of nowhere.

They're my friend's. He's put them up for adoption as he's already got like 10. They're not even a year old, and already running about like mad. The name came from them going bezerk whenever fast drum and bass was played. The left one's Drum and the right's Bass, I think.

The whole album 'Colors' by Between The Buried And Me is pretty much an epic, as each song leads into the next, and if played continuously sounds like a single song. It's also probably BTBAM best work.
