I find myself living those days constantly. Between work and sleep, I have roughly 3 hours of time to use, and so I have to make sure I use it efficiently. I wound up loaning out my xbox 360 so I could focus on getting things done around my work space, and it's helping.

If you have real problems, I suggest writing a list of new things that you want to try, and work at marking that list off. It's a small step, but a good thing.
