Why does that rock on the left like has a glow? Did you tried to erase those clouds or something?

I like it much better, but i would do the tree different, don't use black for it, and the color of the water could be better too, but overall good work ;)

I would say try to add some more details, and i don't like those highlights on the shoes..

I like the one of the scarecrow, the background and that bird ( don't know what kind bird it is :p ) give it a little creepy look, but the face of the scarecrow gives it a humorous look, maybe you could try to make it or creepy or humorous, but nice work man ;)

I used to work with photoshop, but now i use photoshop AND gimp and i have to say that gimp is as good as photoshop, you can do almost the same things with it ;)
