Don't.

Not only is it addicting, that shit goes straight to the gov't. It's an easy way to get around the fourth amendment because you put up the info willingly and publicly. February fourth, they made it legal to retain all of your profile data even after you delete it (thats why I recently deleted mine). Although they repealed the rule when 38,000 people left, I still don't trust that they won't try that shit again.
