You must include GunChest in the Flash Portal History 2008. GunChest suddenly appeared in 2008 (yes I know about his earlier submissions, but my point stand) and produced many great movies.

Angry Dog is another series that must be acknowledged.

Fallen Angel is another great series that appeared in 2008.

DOMOFlashVideos only joined NG in 2008.
