Response to: Half-Life 3 release date: Nov. 2014 Posted December 13th, 2012 in Video Games

I am just hoping HL3 to even get a release date. I hope the game will blow HL2 out of the water, which would be damn near impossible, but it's possible.

Response to: Infuriating games Posted December 13th, 2012 in Video Games

My first run through of Dark Souls was probably the most frustrating for me, I had to learn the difficulty curve that most games don't have.

Response to: The Longest Game That Took To Beat Posted December 12th, 2012 in Video Games

Most MMO'S and strategy games take the longest to beat. The ones that have taken me the longest is "Tales of the Abyss", few LoZ games, Dark Souls, Skyrim, etc.

Response to: Brawl or melee or inbetween Posted December 11th, 2012 in Video Games

I played more of Melee so I have found memories, and nostalgia for it. But the better game would have to be Brawl, the single player is a better experience and I like the trophy system.

Response to: Headphones Shocking Me? Posted December 11th, 2012 in General

That doesn't sound good. I would get a new pair of headphones.

Response to: a game that i made Posted December 11th, 2012 in Video Games

The platforms are bland, with just a solid red color, and the backgrounds are lacking.

Response to: How many people are "good"? Posted December 11th, 2012 in General

I used to think that all people where inherently good, however since the day I read "Lord of the Flies" my perspective has changed. The book showed me that without civilization it is hard to stay an ego (inherently good), and you soon sway towards being and ID (inherently bad). Goldberg (Author) was in WWII and did experience many bloody battles, and he did state that his perception of humans changed.

Humans are inherently bad.

Response to: Got a guy arrested. Posted December 11th, 2012 in General

Good job, the guy deserved it. I always find it awkward when I catch someone looking at that type of "stuff".

Response to: Breaking stuff over video game rage Posted December 11th, 2012 in Video Games

When I was fighting Ornstein and Smough in Dark Souls it took me over 40 attempts to defeat them. I broke my block button by squeezing it hard, and it happened right when I beat them.

Response to: Best RPG of all time Posted December 11th, 2012 in Video Games

My favorite RPG that I have played would be Chrono Trigger, from it's brilliant music, interesting story, and great game play.

Response to: 5 Games that need another sequel Posted December 11th, 2012 in Video Games

1) Half-Life 3
2) Chrono Trigger
3) Castle Crashers
4) Dark Souls (They are making a sequel!)
5) Killing Floor

Response to: Gamestop Rage!!! Posted December 11th, 2012 in Video Games

It's Gamestop, you can't blame them. My suggestion is to sell you games on Ebay. It is a hassle to put them up and ship them but you get 100%

Response to: Best Zelda game you have played Posted December 11th, 2012 in Video Games

Majora's Mask would have to be my favorite. Majora's Mask has a wonderful story that is slightly darker than most Zelda games. The mask system is fun with them changing attributes of Link and all are fun to find. I grew up with Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask, but Majora's Mask is more polished.

Response to: Dark Souls 2! Posted December 11th, 2012 in Video Games

I love Dark Souls, it is easily one of my favorite games of all-time. The only problems I have with Dark Souls are these:

1) Keyboard controls are bad, if you play on a PC you need a gamepad.
2) I wish you could have some sort of an organized PvP system, one in which you could fight with your friends easier.
3) More in depth covenants.

Those are the only complaints I had with the game, and I am excited for the next!
