IT's going to be chaos after the last award is given because then everyone can start bitching because they didn't get an award.

And it's strange... but to me a lot of these people getting wacoms aren't deserving...

I love this Rudy's stuff... so different than anything I would ever imagine doing, that's what is so great about NG. He's been around a while too which is nice to see, the old NG users that are still around deserve some praise! Go Rudy! It's nice to see people who have been here a while finally getting their due. Sometimes I forget how long NG has been around , my 9 year NG anniversary is coming up soon o_O dear god I'm getting old.

You're right, they've made Newgrounds go downhill and will continue too, if it takes that little effort to get a daily feature, Newgrounds is going into the gay era of it's life. This movie was worse than TooF Six, at least that one was kind of drawn.

Well it's not the creators, it's the reviewers and the people rating the flashes that are stupid. This guys obviously spent time on his work, even if it has sprites.. and can you really bash him because people gave him such high scores?

It's hard to succeed with original stuff on the site... just how it is.

Hate to break it to you but sprites and videogame characters have helped made newgrounds what it is, they aren't going anywhere... and they will evolve along with the site, stop whining.

That stinks.. I think it's time to end these "themed" things and start some original newgrounds ideas.

Why not have a series, where tom does the first episode, then the next episode is due in 3 months and anyone on newgrounds can try to create it.... then after everyone submits their second episode, the NG community would vote on which would actually be the second episode. Then as the series progressed, the NG community would vote on merchandise ideas, online ads for the cartoon, and finally the DVD cover. After the series has finished up (and uses no copyrighted content) then DVD's could be sold. NG would get tons of press, the users would feel like a community, and NG would make money.

It would sort of be fan fiction but in flash.. so flash-fiction.... *sigh* It's better than a metal gear collab is all I'm saying -_-

Oh and Kudos to stamper and his upper-management technique of yelling at people to get them to do what he wants, that always works so well with angsty teens.

This made me really angry when I realized it but then I calmed down by smashing something. After my last flash did really well, I asked if they could do a series page or something, they flat out said no.. so I said ok(what could I do?). Then I release a new flash and get daily feature, only to discover the next day that I can't post on the frontpage.

It's a really interesting way of rewarding people for submitting :-/

I say that since it's thanksgiving we don't update the frontpage and everyone can be happy and thankful and take sometime off website updating and enjoy the company of our families. I have no ulterior motives :D
