I haven't released anything to Newgrounds in ages. Since I haven't done any flash work in a while, I decided to upload this track I made recently

..........i dont know what to say.. after reading toms post i just feel really bad. i couldnt imagine how much fear he had during his last days of life. he was sleeping in a dumpster. wtf!? he was a great animator, and should be respected, screw the cop that got shot and screw the guy that was stabbed. they would of never brought the swat team if the cop wasnt shot. what has this world come to? i am happy that atleast he saw some of my movies and i think i talked to him a couple times on aim and he did review some of my work.. i hope he's relaxing and enjoying his life up there in heaven. we all miss you man! i'll try to make a tribute man..

i've seen people use flashmx on windows me... soo it should work, unless theres some glitch (which shouldnt happen)
goto www.download.com and search there
first export your avi.. then make the avi to mpg1(for vcd) or mpg2 (for dvd) then burn it.. play it on your dvd player then record it from your dvd player...(long process but o well, its for a grade)
vcd- video cd (can burn it on your cdr drive and play it on most dvd players)
dvd-i think you know what it is but you need to have a dvd burner....
look at my movies for blood and guts and gore and stuff like that
You can make it a graphic and motion tween it(rotate the arm).. also you can do frame by frame by drawing one arm down.. then half way up.. then up...
ok zoom in alot... then use the paint thing(the other thing that is like a pencil) and start making lines and lines and lines... use 2 different colors to make it look better..(alot of artists do this, just pause a movie on newgrounds and zoom and you will notice...)
i dont think there is any good text to speech freeware software... (most out there are just trials).. i would recomend you buy a mic(the cheapest i've seen is 10 dollars, and i think you have atleast 10 dollars to spare) o well..
hmm my "Gimp" software doesnt even open gif cause the legal problems with gif's, so i cant help
goto www.flashkit.com and all i can say is, play around with flash... get used to it then goto flashkit.com (once you know where everything is)
when you import the movie.. it will say what quality you want.. just make it less quality and it will compress it

if you want it smooth and want it fast do motion tween
scroll it up with motion tween and make it smaller as you go(or is it bigger.. well cant really remember)
