But you can use dollars only in USA... (which is pretty large though... >_> )

Hmph... Bittorrent is good way to get some games like Silkroad, F.E.A.R. Combat etc., some linux versions, some freeware stuff, and I heard from my friend that it can be used to get WOW updates... So...It's not illegal... But if you use it to get stuff like photoshop and vista, then you're breaking the law.
Also, mods don't close this before someone asks in example: how to get Abobe cs3 for free etc. and someone answers...

Why?
One American company (Cogent Communications) cut down the lines with my ISP (TeliaSonera), and I wasn't able to get several sites on Internet, like NG... The problem is not completely solved, but my ISP arranged an alternate way to get these sites (Another network or something, don't know the details...) but anyhow, I had to use proxies to get in here, but I couldn't log in then...
Also, my ISP is my teleoperator, and it has promised to arrange a 3G network to this city i'm living, but no, always delayed... Now they said that inside a month... But somehow i doubt it... They said the same thing last year... >_>
But I get many bonuses and stuff from my ISP, since I'm a long time customer... Currently, my phone bills would normally be around 30$, but now they are only 18$... And my internet connection (24Mb) is only 40$ a month...

So... should I change ISP, or stick with it? And if possible, does anyone know why Cogent cut down the lines with my ISP, so I didn't get to several sites without proxies?
I'd like to hear your thoughts about this...

Cause flash course in school started, and i thought that after that I'll be able to make some kinda flash that I would upload here... But that course is now over, and all I've done with flash is four crappy flashes made with teachers instructions... And i don't remember much of that course... But in summer, I'll start checking some tutorials and if my nerves can stand up for it, I'll make a flash...

All I've done with this NG acc... is reviewing several flashes and spazzing around here...
