First off, Mommy and Daddy did not pay for the computer and interent connection- I did. It cost me a good $3000 for this piece of shit(got ripped off) and i'm paying a good 45$ per month for cable i-net connection. I earned this keyboard, i earned this webpage,i earned the hum of the fan the comp makes, the sounds of MSN, and the carple tunnel syndrome i receive from all the typing- the only thin i'm not paying for is the electricity to power it and rent for the room it takes up (at the end of June, i will be paying rent though....)

Wait a sec.....Canada has a bad past? off the top of my head i cannot think of a horrible past, other than maybe some horrible things we did under the British Monarchy.....but that cannot be directly attributed to Canada, since we were under the control of another Nation.....
As for military preparedness, we fought the "War to end all Wars" before America, starting day one- America took, what, 3 years to join? And WWII, we joined 7 days after Britian did- America joined after they were attacked(how brave). We were one of the largest supporters of Britian- the damn Queen lived in Canada while London was a burning. Canada currently has serveral Battleships outside of Afganistan- why? because Iraq suddenly became alot more dangerous than the war on terror. Canada has fought in the war of 1812, which was started by American Warhawks who believed ruling all of North America was Americas destiny, and we fought back America back to their boarders, not to mentention burned down your white house. And how about your revoltution? you attempted to Invade Canada's french province of Quebec to force them into joining the Americas after they declined to join the revoltution. After a joke of an Attack, they were easily defeated.
So i think Canada does have the right to boast their military strengh, esspecially since we were the only country to go up against The United States Of America and not lose any control over our nation or lose land in anyway- but we now live in a times where a military is less needed, although Americas agressions will most likely cause many Nations to build up their armies to defend against America, if they so choose to defeat their rights.

awww....the irony....
Iraq is no longer a threat because they are under Martial Law(sort of, since the colliation has choosen to disobey the Geneva Convention and allow Anarchy to rule Iraq), but when Iraq finally has their own government, assuming that these elected leaders will be good is like assuming Iraq has WMD without proof. So unless America tells the world their plan to rig the Iraqi elections so that the person they want to be in power wins, we cannot assume that the leader would be a benviolent one.
Also, you never explained to me what was so bad about the food for oil program, other than American Oil companies cannot sell oil, only trade it.

So reguardless of what America thinks of France, they aren't keeping the sanctions on there- Americas inablity to solve issues diplomaticly is. If they convince 10/15 memebers that the sanctions should drop, then they will.
As for France Keeping out of the war because of the oil, the same could be said for the US going into the war- The could save approx. 10000 lives but not going in, and not get the oil, or they could go to war, 10 000 die, 2000 civilians die, and they get the oil.
It was recently announced that in the small print with the deal with the American government, surprise surprise, the Hallburton Oil company after all DOES own the oil- or at least have the right to "distribute" it......but wait, Mr. President......isn't that the Iraqi's oil?!!??

But yes, we knew that there is oil in Iraq. And the oil will soon be flowing, some of it to American shores. We aren't just illegally siezing the oil; we are going to legitimately buy oil from Iraq. The US will benefit tremendously from this in the form of cheaper oil prices and reduced dependency on OPEC. Iraq will benefit in the form of money flowing into the country--money that, for the first time in years, will actually be seen by the people of Iraq, not just a dictator who uses it to build more palaces and more weapons.
You're right.....by selling the worlds most expensive commondy at a cheap price for a Nation that invaded you and now have soldiers roaming through the streets, so Americans can use their SUV's, thats going to be fair and equal.....

Huh? funny....it's my understanding that AMERICA placed those Sanctions in place, to keep Iraq from turning into a power hungry feind.....And since Iraq is being liberated and not occupied, doesn't that mean the Sanctions should still exist until we believe Iraq is no longer a threat? But No, cause then America can't use the precious oil from it.....
