I know this is a stupid question and I'll get alot of flak for asking it but is there another way to get exp points besides voting because sometimes I see poeple with odd numbers of points and you get 2 points when you vote. The UN's descision wasnt to give land to the Jews, most of the land they gave them power to was already owned privately byt the Jews. The reason that there are so many Palestinian refugees is that the land that they lived on was gained by Isreal during wars they were fighting, mostly on the one that started immediatly after they became a country. So people bach the UN for the problems were having with the middle east but the descision they made was actually very sensible it was more like us annexing Texas.
Speaking of anti drug commercials, on the news the other day I saw a report on effectiveness of anti tobbaco ads. Apperantly the TRUTH ads, the ones that show how tobacco comapanies lie, are very effective while the commercials that were made by the tobacco companies are extremely unnaffective and cause kids to want to smoke more. It's illegal for tabacco companies to put comercials for tobacco on the air but not ones "against" tobacco, I put against in quotation marks because I think they planned thier advertising to work in favor of them. They have to be the smartest people in the world, no wonder we cant cure AIDS all the genius scientists are working in the tobacco companies advertising departments.

Yes they still have it but in my district they brought it down to pre middleschool and took it out of high school which would have been a good idea if they stopped teaching about some of the more "extreme drugs" which seemed to really scare the kids according to a friend of mine. Dare was helping though because my schools city is no longer the leading amphedemine making city in the state, the sad thing is its population is only around 10,000.

Sorry if I spelt his name wrong but Saturday Night Live has lost something more than just Will Ferrel. I't might be just me but SNL just doesnt seem quite as funny as it used to be, before I would turn it on and I was a gauranteed that it would be histerical but lately I find myself turning it off because of boredom. The Bush sketches have gone to hell, I havent seen a good one since Will left, and now that hes gone they cant find a good person to play a crazy guy. I'm not saying its not funny anymore because i still do have the occasional laugh but they are becomeing very scarce. Is it just me or is this the same for any of you?
Its not that we decide who gets nukes we dont want anyone to have nukes. I dont think weve ever told a country that has nukes to get rid of them (except for maybe the USSR) and im certain we never told a country that didnt already have them that they could. Its not that complicated, if you have nukes we dont usually mess with you, if you dont have nukes we wont let you get nukes. Sorry for the constant use of the word "nukes" I prefer to call them plutonium kisses but it takes too long to write.

I did read your post and i think it's you who isnt reading mine. I said justice is blind, meaning if you subitted evidence into court that they downloaded pictures of what looked like a 10 year old it would be dismissed because there couldnt be any proof that the person in question knew it was a 10 year old girl which is reasonable doubt.

yes we all could but justice is blind, there have been plenty of times where laws werent inforced because they are too vague just like a law like that would be, the best they could do would be to not allow titles related to child pornography. I never said they should try to filter it I said it would be impossible to do so. Of the totals I gave you those was just of the people online at the time there are many more than that.
Kazaa is a very large system of users, last time I checked there was 6,000,000 GB and 900,000,000 files on it and filtering it seems like it would be impossible to filter. AS for the one's they said, looked like child pornography, well thats a grey area because how can you really tell if it is an underage person and if we made a law saying that if the person looked under 18 the file could be removed then whats stopping them from removing all the pornagraphy. And the report that teenagers can be unexpectedly brought to porn is just stupid because if your a pernet and you dont want your kid to be looking at porn you probably shouldnt let them have the internet because its not that hard to find.

they never said it singlehandedly won the war but it shortened it by scaring the japanese who already knew they had no chance, hence the kamikazee.

well the jury is supposed to be the people, but the judge on the other hand is kind of like how the moderators here, they have experiecnce in law (bbs posts) so we trust them to make the appropriate descisions and if jusdges do knowingly make wrong descisions the get fired.

Judges descisions are supposed to be unbias and only related to the facts but when a judge runs for office while he is still a judge that judge will also be looking for the favor of the people. so this brings up the question should judges (while they are still jusdges) be able to run for office. I brought this up because my sister may have worked on a certain case in alabama where the judge was running for office during the case and she thought (since the case was racially fueled) the judge was making unfair descisions. Of course i cant go into that much detail because she wasnt really supposed to talk about the case to anyone.
so i guess that rules out the one about the man from nantucket
