Response to: On the fence about Anime Posted December 27th, 2010 in General

If you REALLY want the anime experience and have LOTS of time then Bleach is the way to go. If you don't like so much of the action and want some weird plot twists and such the Code: Greass is good to.
Anime is always very interesting and is good on a case by case basis. Some animes are very weird so you should be wary.

Response to: I've got H1N1 lol... Posted October 31st, 2009 in General

Ok everyone needs to calm the **** down until this become AIDS or even kill as many as the flu then please be quite because it will not kill you. It is just as dangerous as the normal flu considering the fact that flu could have just as easily killed anyone killed by H1N1 only difference is that people particularly the media don't care about the normal flu deaths ( Deaths from Flu: 63,730 annual deaths for influenza and pneumonia (NVSR Sep 2001); estimated 20,000 deaths from flu (NIAID) Cause of death rank: 7th leading cause of death in 1999 and 2000 is "pneumonia/influenza" (CDC) ) Swine flue has caused 1,000 U.S. deaths so far. So if you are scared crapless look at the possible consequences of the vaccine not the flu lol

A person is dead, and another man's life is ruined because he grew Japanese Maple, enjoyed smoking a little weed from time to time, and we have ridiculous drug laws.

Well lets see the dude is a crime lord so of course they are gonna break down the fucking door assuming he is armed and dangerous which he was
And dude the drug laws are fine only people who smoke weed and do drugs think otherwise

You do realize that when you're woke from a deep sleep, your ability to accurately sense and process information, like having your door kicked in, is greatly compromised?

Yes i do realize this but that doesn't mean you just fucking shoot them

That's one of the reasons the cops use "overwhelming force" when executing no-knock warrants, and it's like doubling down on 12; you either win big and catch them off guard, or you bust and have an unnecesarry police casualty.

Yes i am not saying the police officer was very smart but he was not expecting to be shot for using a search warrent

AND they only do this when they think the suspect is armed and dangerous which evidently he was
Yeah.

And dude trust me it is considered murder because there was a case where someone broke into a dudes house and the dude shot him same situation exept with an actual burglar and the burglar sued the home owner and won because there was no way to tell that the burglar was dangerous and had a gun so it was not a act of defense so it's the same in this case how could the dude know he had a gun to just shoot someone technically it is shooting someone unprovoked even if he did break down the door
That's quite the mouthful.

All you could come up with dude?

Just so you can have some perspective, I'm shooting anyone busting down my door in the middle of the night.

Ok lets say i am jury i say your fucking gulty for shooting a dude and not self defense
:An aggressive act like invading my home puts me on full alert. I'm not expecting to be startled from a deep sleep by someone breaking in. People who break into houses in the still of night need to be shot and preferably killed.
Dude it doesn't matter the dude still woke up and shot the police officer sooooo yea.........

It's too bad the cops can't understand that part of the equation. They're dying in vain because they double down on 12.

Well if you think cops are stupid do 1 of 3 things
1 Join the police force to prove us wrong
2 Write an angry letter about this
3 SHUT THE FUCK UP
i am thinking i like choice 3

What is there to be afraid of?

If your talking about world problems...why should we be afraid?
Be afraid of what exactly?

Who gives a flying fuck what's going on else where? we are in a HUGE country, with very few people in it. We have a massive amount of Natural resources & grow more food in a year than we can eat in 10 years. Sure it may not be fresh produce in the middle of winter, but that isn't a huge deal as we have been living in the Area for over 400 years, there wasn't a lot of 'fresh Produce' in winter until recent times.

Remember our country is the second largest in area & the smallest in population (we've got about 35 million people in all of Canada) We have the largest amount of fresh water of any other country.

So don't worry Brian... move to Canada & be happy, like we all are !

Ok dude SHUT THE FUCK UP lets see Canadians are evidently "high" from what i am hearing fomr this dude your IQ is obviously not about 70 so shut the fuck up
Lets see do you fear deth do you fear losing somone close to you are you afraid something is going to want to take something from you are you afraid of spiders YOUR AFRAID OF FUCKING SOMETHING AND IT CAN ALL BE USED AGAINST YOU CAN YOU GET THAT THROUGH YOUR FUCKING TINY CANADIAN BRAIN.
So technically we don't live in fear we live in fear of fear lol
sounds ridiculous doesn't it but why would everyone all of a sudden say I AM NOT AFRAID of anything THATS FUCKING BULL SHIT SO think about it it's kinda weird how IF someone actually wanted and managed to gain enough power and info they could screw everyone over and take over the country HOWEVER it would proubly not last considering how would he get that many people (armies) to join him to beat the USA army cause he sure as hell isn't going to be able to take our army

"The condition of a person or thing, as with respect to circumstances or attributes: a state of health."
Or even
"A particular condition of mind or feeling: to be in an excited state."
So before you make a retarded comment like this fucking think

See Iraq war is not that brutal it is not all out fighting just blowing each other up and breaking up cults of the Iraqis

Response to: State of Fear Posted April 26th, 2008 in Politics

You are correct we do live in a state of fear and you are also correct in without it we would possibly not survive because of the fact that if you took out fear you would get yourself killed if you did not feel fear to do something then you would possibly go and kill yourself by say jumping of a building because your not afraid to do so and then we would also lose adrenalin because it is used when you are afraid for your or someone else's life. so without fear it would be peacful but in order to this we would also revert back to cavemen and go out of the industrial age because without fear we have not evovled

I like politics. I like film. I want to combine them. I don't know if it's possible. I don't know if you guys would know, but it seems like you can offer input. Or something. I don't know what I'm looking for exactly, but I'd rather ask intelligent folks than the "general" population.

The only problem is if you say something someone doesn't like on polotics in a movie thats big like you exposed something in a government you'd be assassinated so fucking quickly it wouldn't be funny

It varies between states. However in the case of this man who shot the officer entering his home, capital murder is not just excessive, it is downright insane. During a raid or building entry it is standard operating procedure for all police units to identify themselves. The fact that this didn't happen indicates a breach of police conduct. If something as basic as this was ignored no doubt countless other guidelines were also violated. Secondly, it doesn't appear a police raid was even necessary, let alone kicking down the man's door in the middle of the night. They could have just gotten a warrant and executed it intelligently, during daylight hours.

How can you prove that the police officer did not identify himself and that he did yell search warrent and if the man had something in his home that was illegal he could just shoot him unprovoked and say he didn't identify himself so he could just be lying which is proubaly what he was doing
