Actual Consistent Stories

-Boxer Hockey: Fantastic and funny comic with an unreliable but often consistent update speed, albeit it's been on a hiatus since August

-Lackadaisy: Great story and characters with a ton of pages so far, but it normally goes several months without updating and then updates 4-5 pages at once

-The Meek: Great art and a good ways into a great story, but the creator's life has been pretty shit lately and the comic hasn't updated in a year.

Other

Hark! A Vagrant: Not entirely sure what description to give, but it's hilarious. Updates with a long page roughly once every 1-2 months, but it varies kind of a bunch.

Gunshow: Bizarre comic with updates almost every day. Occasionally has short story lines.

Oglaf: Really clever, really dirty, and really funny. Updates weekly.

Penny Arcade: Obligatory suggestion. Definitely the most popular videogame-oriented webcomic that exists, updates every week or so.

Two Guys and Guy: Pretty funny comic with updates every couple of days.
