I know one who was punished was lord blam who lost all his points. He got them back(probably after promising not to do it anymore) but he lost them, and wade said he would take away points for that.

75% may be a little too much, especially if platinum accounts come with 10%-20% more voting power. We want it to be kickass, not excessive, and while 70% is pushing it, I think it's only fair to those who will pay up.

Well you're about 3 times more likely to see the blam movie because there's 3 checkpoints where movies can be blammed and only 1 where they can be protected.

What I mean is that stolen flash should be flagged no matter what because it will get the theif's account deleted, if it breaks the rules it can still be deleted if it somehow passes judgement after an initial score of 0.01. Though I not only doubt that'll happen, but If it's a 3 frame porn slideshow the only possibility I see of that is if they all accidentally click 5 instead of 0. If the flash had a score of 3.5, then I'm not talking about that.
I think people should lose whistle points if it doesn't have a passing score at the time of their vote. It's very irritating to have to wait a month to get the BLAM point(which I hear we sometimes don't get them when the whistle list is cleared) when I could just have to wait 20 minutes.

I'll join, I think this is a good idea. It may just be a way we can overcome this batting average based voting so that new authors get a fair chance.
Me = savior. Yeah I have more blams than protects, but I fail at protecting about 100-200 times per week. I fail at blamming maybe 5-10 times a week.

If it doesn't break the rules it won't be admin-blammed. If it has a score that low it's doomed anyway though.
Another thing about this, unless the entry is stolen there's no need to blow the whistle if it has a score of say 0.01. It'svery aggrevating because people are clearly just doing it for whistle points, in the meantime we miss out on blam points. The whole purpose for the whistle system is if something breaks the rules but has a score of say 4.32 we prevent it from being passed.
The general ranks aren't any worse than the late officer ranks considering you get both a 7% and a 5% jump while going through them.
