I haven't had many good experiences with anti depressants.All they really did was made me numb to whatever was bothering me.Which in a way is helpful, but it all depends on the person.Personally, I don't like feeling numb.
That's why I don't fully depend on anti depressants.I exercise too, for the endorphin rushes/highs.
But really it really depends on how you feel.If you are nervous to the point where you are unable to function normally then I would take them.
