If you're trying to be like Zeurel then just STOP! Zeurel is a very talented and experienced animator! You can't gain his experience over night...you just need to work at it! But don't worry, the more you animate the better you will get!
Now, what you need to do is to stop animating straight through...because that's what it looks like you're doing. Plan out your actions - think about what you're going to animate. Draw the first frame of your action...then with frames in between, draw the action finished. The frames you fill in between your start & finished action poses are called inbetweens.
If you're serious about animating and want to learn it, pick up a copy of the Animator's Survival Guide. It does a much better job explaining this. :)

When did you first learn about Newgrounds?
Way back in '02...I randomly clicked on some link and found this site. The flash animations were a lot uglier back then.
What do you most enjoy about the site?
The general view this site has on animators and creative people - Everyone actually gives a shit here...even if it's negative. Flash artists of all types get some kind of recognition here.
Given one day at the reins of the site, what would you change, what would you fix?
Is there anything you miss, that you'd like to see back? (I.E. Old Blam/Save Animations)
I would fail at attempting to make a 'sent' option in the PMs mail box because it PISSES me OFF how I never know if I've replied to an e-mail if by chance the web browser fails. It happened a lot when our router sucked dicks and the internet kept dropping out.
SOMEONE SHOULD REALLY GET ON THAT THOUGH. 8D *wink wink nudge nudge*

Man, if I had more time, I would have loved to animate Sapphire's entry!! It was so well done and SEXY. I'm kinda glad now that I at least made SOMEthing for the contest though. X3 Omahdon and Sapphire had wonderful entries and it's too bad no one else got the chance to animate them.
