Ahhh i work as a barman currently at the aston villa football ground :x
I only really work the matchdays, but i'm hoping to get this retail job even if its christmas staff :D so thats pretty much it currently lol

Hmm well, i still need to start my part, i have alot to do though with a webcomic and a book and a part-time job and looking for a better job o_O
So i'm going to start on it a little tomorrow, i've already thought of some more of the original flash i was creating so hopefully it'll run around 40+ seconds, to the length of a minute maybe, but another issue is that its alllll going to be fbf animation and that, is long, and tiring =w=
Eitherway i am definately gonna get started on it soon, and atleast start it a little tomorrow even if its just the opening of the scene

I haven't started yet,
However, the idea for mine, is that its gonna be two pieces, showing normal on a chessboard, and then it'll switch and it'll show both pieces, looking all epic, like there'll be a pawn going to take a knight, and then it'll switch and it'll show the two chess pieces with their bases and the pawn shown as some big ass soldier and the knight being some manly guy with a horses body and it'll be all GRAWR and then it'll look like an epic fight is about to take place and it'll switch back with the pawn knocking over the knight piece
or something with other pieces but yeah, thats the general idea lol XD but it'll take the piss to do :x without a tablet, and adding in a little voicework ,you'll have to bare with me lol :p

I already had an idea for a part XD and if you wanna see my previous stuff(though i've gotten abit better since then) you can check this years and last years sketch collab i was part of, and my own animations :D
But yeah, i'll start work on the piece soon as i know whether i have a part or not ^^

Well, i haven't had chance to continue it just yet cause i've had stuff piling up ^^'
So gonna continue it tomorrow preferably, i have the idea, i generally know how the voicework is gonna be, and its half animated, i just need the other character, put some trees around and k'yeah
Chances are i'll be doing it on multiple layers and i'm using flash 8, if the layers are a problem, it can be sent as a movie clip and then you just need to stretch out the movie clip for as long as my flash runs for which is about 300 frames i think XD
annoying i know but, the cloud movement would of been wayyy to fast cause of the fps if i hadn't stretched it out that far :x

But here it is, obviously it isn't finished, and theres a few more things i need to do to it, however i'm content with the moving clouds so far
and yes i'm aware what the last two clouds are XD they were put there purposely :p
All i need to do currently, is just decide on dialog, draw another character to interact with, have it come in, dialog/voicework, something random, flash is done, and of course work in the background abit more but yeah so thats what i'm going with :x

Keep in mind people :x that theres more just Mario to and TLOZ an Pokemon to choose from :x you've also got donkey kong and metroid and Earthbound/Mother, F-Zero, Pikmin, and a few others i forget XD but the point is, theres plenty of nintendo characters 8D so try to go for something abit diffrent >.<
But yeah so animal crossing for me, i'll give a link up for it from my deviantart when its partially finished or complete :D

Also >.> i've looked at the story, alot to read so.......yeah <_< but i get the idea of what kind of story it is, main character narrates as well as generally talks so its taken from a first person view and works the same way it did in FFX with tidus narrating
But, it seems intresting and i'd be happy to do voice acting for one of the characters ^^ just let me know what you need :D

Hey dude, i'm content to do some voice acting for you, if you let me know what kind of accents or what kind of guys you need voices for, i can give you some samples of said guys and let you know, as unfortunately, headset mics don't transcrive across well <_< but i have software to speed up and heighten and lower vocals and such :p

Ok i'm sorry i've been quiet for so long, i've just been so busy lately
But i've got a two week Hiatus of nothing now, as well as being alone with parents going away on holiday so no distractions either.
Basically no work, no family, so i will be able to concentrate so i'm gonna work my ass off, take my time, and hopefully come out with something so awesome and spectacular, you'll all be OMFG THATS AWESOME!
I hope...
Anyway, don't worry, it'll definately be in before the deadline XD

your frame by frame is nasty at the moment... and the scenes where the character's and drawn sequentially are sloppy and too fast...

i suggest using the "onion skin" tool to go over it and fix some of that speedy nonsense... (you could make that part into something good with some elbow grease and the onion skin)

one suggestion would be to use a tablet (unless you don't have one...), or draw your ideas on paper, and scan them separately to basic figures that will appear in the flash (like reference pictures)

You have no idea how much quicker and easier things would be if i had a tablet, specially in terms of onion skin via fbf
what i might do is work on it, or perhaps i'll work on a new idea, chances are i'll make about four or five flashes again till one of em is decent enough :P
