I, personally use Dreamhost. I've been with them for over two years now, and their pricing and service are both exceptional. I've never had my site go down, plus every month they increase your bandwidth and storage. I'd just go with the basic hosting plan, and look around they have 50% coupons for new users. I only paid 10$ for my domain name and a year of hosting.
