Here's something I found today, pretty hilarious and relevant to that.
On the same note This is entertaining and frustrating
Been really busy lately. Crapped this out in a half hour or so.

Okay, let's see....
The Frankenstein monster in a tuxedo serving soup to a diner.
Totally forgot about this thread, sorry. Also forgot to let the ink dry before erasing the pencil in that one spot.
Also this thread is still totally open.

I wanted dedicated comic writers to PM me, that's all. If that's not you, move along.
Do you mean poeple who write stories that could be turned into comics, or poeple that would turn those stories into comics etc.
Dude, just post exactly what you're looking for. Keeping it secret isn't really making it more enticing nor is it giving it any extra something. Also elaborating on the payment and all that would be cool.
Just using up some left over paint.
The past two days have been very satisfying as far as finishing up a bunch of stuff I've been juggling.
Water color and colored pencil. I don't understand how reflections work apparently. Whatever, maybe next time I'll plan it better.

I believe my brother used a polyurethane spray on coat. Something like that.

Here's a Facebook Cover Photo for myself that I did surprisingly fast.
What with the looming forced timeline thing on Facebook I figured I'd do my cover photo now while I had the time to.

Two more to come of my painted bass guitar.
I finished painting my bass. This is the result. Larger pictures can be found in my art thread.

Thanks, mostly it was just drawing a lot, I'm not really one for guides or tutorials.
Here's something I've been working on.

always looks professional
No, do not use that font for what you are doing here. For propaganda posters I use Futura personally.
More colored pencil stuff. Many of you cool dudes and dudettes have seen this.

Here's a quick little thing.
I draw a lot of Jesters and I draw a lot of Octopi. So I combined them.

This pretty much sums it up, you ask for critiques yet there is literally nothing to critique. They're all radial things. How would somebody even begin critiquing that. I'm not going to say that there is no skill involved because I don't know and I don't care to delve deeper into your process.
I guess the one thing we'd be able to give any criticism on is your color choice. I would highly recommend that you branch out and do abstractions of stuff that actually exists. Like a toaster, or a frog.
Kisses.

How about we see something that isn't a quick sketch, This thread is really lacking in the art department. So maybe fix that and post some more complete pictures with like composition and all that shit.
I really really really love your style. The line work and wobbly-ness of the limbs and bodies just makes me... happy. I'm not really much of a critiquer so I'll just leave it at that.
Been Painting this for the past four days or so.
My brother dug my bass out of the garage and told me to learn to play it despite me realizing not long after I got the thing ...
I would highly recommend posting your work in the thread. People here don't like it when you don't.
Moving on: Your drawings are alright but there is a lot to improve on looking at your wonderboy guy (which you should post in the thread!) his arm holding the cigarette too long and his legs look too short, also its on lined paper. Which is bad. Very bad.

Well then show us that stuff.
I don't understand why people are acting all butt hurt.
Nobody is acting butt hurt here. We are simply unsure as to weather or not these have been traced and suspicious of any attempted art theft and/or tracing issues. It happens with some frequency here and you are new and we haven't seen anyo other work from you so we cannot gauge your skill level.
By the way, the way you guys been talking shit is totally disrespectful to someone who is defending our country, you fat lazy sons of bitches!!! good night.
Nothing really prompted that.
This thing going on about fundamentals and whatever is cool and all... But can you post more of your stuff, it pleases me.
I like it.

Your "Olivia Munn" picture's exact reference is the first google result for "Olivia Munn bunny". Please be honest about it, at least...
I was thinking he could have used a grid or something.

People like you more when you don't ask to be scouted, let your work speak for itself if you're good we'll scout you.
Also you'd be better off posting your work in the thread or make an official thread for yourself.
Moving on then. I'm not going to go too in depth here but two of the pictures you have up look to be traced. I'm not going to do the layering thing because other people will probably do that.
Googledoes exist.
Its like this thing where you type in whatever it is you want information on and - get this - it FREAKING FINDS IT FOR YOU! I'm surprised you've never heard of it before its kind of a big thing.
