Gentlemen, a website is selling Batman: Arkham Asylum for a sub £20 price.

Is it worth buying? Critics have praised it but I wasn't convinced by the demo.

What did you guys think?

You've got Dr. K on your side... he made a similar rant about New Moon today.

I love Kermode but I only agree with 60% of his reviews - he's right about Micheal Bay being the anti-Christ but wrong about Superbad and The Incredibles!

I think you're watching it wrong. The Fifth Element is SUPPOSED to be extremely cheesey.

Yeah, I haven't seen it in years but I remember the whole thing being tongue-in-cheek. Perhaps a rewatch is needed.

Anyway Gentlemen, there is something you should know. I watched Twilight...and I fucking enjoyed it.

I can't say I've ever jumped on the Twilight hating bandwagon and I'm glad I haven't because for what it is, its perfectly fine. I highly doubt I'll ever investigate the books but I'll certainly watch New Moon once its on television.

Seriously, it really isn't as bad as people make it out to be.

I've actually just completed that bitch of a mission (save the claymores for teh dogs), although, I shall add you anyhow.

Delete them.

2) Do you think modders should be allowed to stay on the leaderboard?

Nope.

3) set up a couple of gamertags (with names like NGLeaderboard1 & NGLeaderboard2) and anybody who wants to be included in the leaderboard has to have one of these gamertags on their friend's list.

Sure, good idea.

4) Are you happy with the minimum requirement of 500 posts to join?

Yes, 500 posts is a good amount.

5) lock this thread and start a new one with the rules firmly set out in the first post?

I strongly agree with this one, it's becoming slightly confusing already - lets start fresh.

Good work Sushi

Well yes, it did feel warm and it was kinda cool but it ended the damn match and my team was winning. Same thing happened in the next match.

Anyway, I just unlocked the M16A4. Its like being reunited with an old friend..

I've heard a few of you banging on about Leon and I've held my tongue, until now..

The film has some great acting (I loved Gary Oldman's over-the-top performance) and the shoot-outs are fantastic. However, for me personally, the relationship between the girl and hitman is a piece of stinky cheese. Although, I've always had a problem with Luc Besson and his cheesy dialogue; I couldn't stand parts of The Fifth Element - a film which everybody seems to love.

Anyway, watched Training Day. It was pretty great, if a little, tiny bit overrated. Still very good.

SPOILER?

If Makarov was a prawn would they hunt him down? :o

Yes spoiler, I warned y'all a few sentences above.

Anyway, I'm simply guessing that will be the storyline for the next game - for all I know, it could be something completely different.

Gentlemen, I'd like to hear your opinions on something. However, spoilers ahead so be careful.

The game ends on a cliffhanger, right? I dig it. However, in the next game wouldn't you like to see cut scenes rather then it being all in game?

I thought overall the game had a cool story, however, it wasn't told that well because everything happened in game or by voice-over. The next MW (and based on the sales of MW2, there will be another sequel) I just think it'd be cool with cinematic cut scenes inbetween missions - look how great they look in the trailers for example!

I know all the CoD games have the events take place right in front of you, but I think its time to change that. If MW3 does continue the story of MW2 (Soap and Price hunting down Makarov) it'll be bad-ass, however, I don't want it ruined by bad storytelling.

So I'm replaying the game on Veteran and I started with the 'Cliffhanger' mission.

Does anyone else think you can take more damage in Veteran then other CoD titles? I swear you'd only be able to take 2-3 hits in previous titles, now it seem like 4-5.

Anyway, the matchmaking system annoys me. I was waiting for a free-for-all, waited for about 10 mintues, nothing, went and had dinner, came back after 40 minutes and still nothing!

So played Special Ops instead.
